From using Alaan Pay for almost a year now, we are using Alaan Pay everyday and it has always been very smooth for us - from card usage, topping up, doing our reports. First is the cash expenses where we do not have to worry on having petty cash or funding several cards to be able to do the business expenses from differrent employees. Initially we used some other card service provider but we faced many issues and they took very long time to topup our funds in our Alaan Pool account. Alaan has one good option to upload our payment transfer receipt in their portal so that the fund will reflect in our account earlier compared to other service provider. Alaan not charging us any service charges but we paid Service charges to the previous service provider who gave us a very poor experience. It is simplified our work and saves our time. We didnt face any issues as of now in their service and their customer support is very excellence. There is no many formalities to implement their service we implemented Alaan with in a week for out 6 group companies. We are using Alaan cards to make payment 40 to 50 times per day. It works like a regular debit card from any other bank, making the entire process for employees seamless. There is no training involved or any particular implementation process for "how to use Alaan", there is no overexpenditure, since limits and balances can be controlled, and each transaction is recorded with complete details for reconcilation and audits later on. We used to face several challenges with dealing in petty cash before Alaan, however, now, this is an area that doesn't require any effort whatsoever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Multiple value propositions: - It has eliminated the cash element from our employees petty cash management entirely, making it much easier to manage balances and expenditure - Every expense comes with a record and with different kinds of statements, making it easier for us to control unauthorised spending and audit reports later on - something which can not always be controlled with cash - All cards have been enabled with different spending limits, making excessive purchases almost impossible - Eliminates a major form of corruption in field employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
