When one sub-account is allocated to one department, the payments made from that account make payment tracking and receiving invoices much easier. **What do you dislike about Alaan?** Haven't found anything that would be a negative so far. **What problems is Alaan solving and how is that benefiting you?** One main issue the company had was tracking which payments came from which departments and requesting the invoices. Another issue was the company had only one credit card in use and if one departments spends to the limit of the card, another department will loose out on the payments. When fraud charges occur, the card is cancelled and a new one is requested, and the new card has to be added everywhere again by all departments for the online services. With Alaan, each department will have its own spending fund and the payments can easily be traced to each department and in the case of a fraud issue, only that department card will be cancelled while leaving the others unaffected. ### 7. Budget is controlled, accountability and the tracking of the usage is easy. The option for uploading invoice for each transaction is also helpful for validation of each transaction to make sure is it use accordingly. **What do you dislike about Alaan?** I don't like the delay on getting the funds.
