Initially we used some other card service provider but we faced many issues and they took very long time to topup our funds in our Alaan Pool account. Alaan has one good option to upload our payment transfer receipt in their portal so that the fund will reflect in our account earlier compared to other service provider. Alaan not charging us any service charges but we paid Service charges to the previous service provider who gave us a very poor experience. It is simplified our work and saves our time. We didnt face any issues as of now in their service and their customer support is very excellence. There is no many formalities to implement their service we implemented Alaan with in a week for out 6 group companies. We are using Alaan cards to make payment 40 to 50 times per day. It was quick to set up, and we didn’t encounter any major obstacles during the integration process, everything just worked smoothly from the start. **What do you dislike about Alaan?** Other than admin you can give option to one more person to move funds from other wallets to primary wallet. If i have any doubt, I can just filter out my property and see all details, including the receipt (if I had uploaded one) time, date and amount. I can add a user and give them a card in less than a minute, change any limits on cards within seconds and best of all have an overall snapshot of business expenditure. Its smart scanning is very good. **What do you dislike about Alaan?** While the AI helps with most things, it would auto catogorise an expense that you can't overide. 99 times out of 100 its correct, but there is always one when it might need to be catogorised differntly for business purposes. **What problems is Alaan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminating manual expenses as well as pre approvals.
