The implementation process was seamless and exceed our expectations. **What do you dislike about Aktify?** I haven't found any issues in working with Aktify. They are constantly working to create a better product by asking customers for insights and feedback. Our team is excited about the rollout of the performance dashboard allowing us to measure the activity regularly. As of now, the weekly meetings work just fine. **What problems is Aktify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Typically, our agents spend time reaching out to prospects who may not be interested, ultimately taking away time from those that are. Aktify gives our agents their time back, making them more efficient and allowing them to provide customers peace of mind. ### 2. I have always felt supported by the entire team, and they continue to impress me with every interaction. To top it off, their solution is second to none. **What do you dislike about Aktify?** I honestly don't have a dislike at the moment - they have been agile, nimble, and open-minded with all of my requests and suggestions. I would recommend working with Aktify to expand your business operations, as I have no doubt they will solve your problem. **What problems is Aktify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are leveraging Aktfiy to connect with audiences that historically have been a tough challenge for us.
