Aktenplatz is a cloud document management system (DMS) made in Germany for small and mid-sized businesses, law firms, tax advisors and public authorities in the DACH region. It brings documents, processes and collaboration together in one clearly structured digital filing system: cases ("Akten") bundle files, tasks, notes and custom fields, while automatic filing rules, OCR and AI-powered search help teams find any document in seconds. Aktenplatz is GoBD- and GDPR (DSGVO)-compliant, with revision-safe archiving, version control, granular roles and permissions, and hosting in Germany (on-premise available for Enterprise). It integrates with DATEV, ERP and CRM systems via interfaces and API, offers desktop clients for Windows, macOS and Linux as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android, and supports e-invoicing workflows such as incoming invoice processing. Typical use cases include incoming invoices and accounting, HR and personnel files, contract management, client portals and replacing legacy systems like SharePoint, DocuWare or ELO. Transparent pricing: no setup fees, all updates included, annual per-user licensing and personal support on a prepaid basis.
