Akrivia HCM has a lot of capabilities, but it also has a lot of limitations. My favourite aspect of this HRIS is the instructor-led training sessions for their various modules. I also enjoy the Performance module. I wish the review ratings were averaged into the compensation module rather than automatically importing the most recent score, or if I could choose which time period scores were imported, but perhaps that is an improvement for the future.
