We have found Akrivia HCM to be the first mobile-based application for our business. It solved the issue of time, money, and consumption of resources for us. My favourite aspect of this HRIS is the instructor-led training sessions for their various modules. I also enjoy the Performance module. I wish the review ratings were averaged into the compensation module rather than automatically importing the most recent score, or if I could choose which time period scores were imported, but perhaps that is an improvement for the future. **What do you dislike about Akrivia HCM?** I wish I could speak with people who were experts in each product offered by Akrivia HCM. For example, suppose I have a question about the Performance module. In that case, I have to speak with a general account representative who usually doesn't know how to fix the problem I'm having, so they must go back to their product team and possibly get back to me in a week to two weeks. With urgent issues, this does not always work. **Recommendations to others considering Akrivia HCM:** I believe you should design your processes around Akrivia HCM's capabilities rather than trying to fit Akrivia HCM into an existing process.
