It helps me to organize my candidates and open job requisitions. It is fairly easy to view your dashboard and see your company's current open jobs, and you can filter your view to easily see your own candidates or job openings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AkkenCloud is likely the most clunky, unintuitive ATS I've ever used, and I have used 8 or 9 throughout my career. There are many actions that require multiple clicks to perform when they should only require one click, and I often find myself having to look around the screen to find the button I need. I also don't like that you cannot open anything in a separate tab (candidate profiles or job openings) without holding the "CTRL" button down and then double clicking on the item you wish to open in a separate tab. If you don't hold the CTRL button down when trying to open up a candidate's profile, it will open in a new window entirely, which is a bit of a nuisance. I also don't like that inbound job applications are emailed to the OWNER of a job requisition, rather than the assigned Recruiter. It can be a bit of a nuisance having to continuously go back into the job req to see if there are any new applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
