If I tell you once it is not the same candidate, leave it alone. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staying organized as I stated, with the Edesk, uploading resumes and creating a profile with the resume. ### 4. Lack of customization for workflows and how our company hires. It does not offer any type of candidate nurturing and easy bulk/mass emailing. They do not offer a feed for Google for Jobs and every time you find a flaw they want to charge you to fix it. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, we are currently testing replacements after two attempts to reach sales to see if they were updating any of our "dislike concerns and not hearing back. ### 5. I like that there is a high degree of customization we can do ourselves to tailor the system to our needs. The ability to effortless track each step along the recruiting and job placement process has enable our staff to have greater control over hiring and tracking temporary candidates and has resulted in increased efficiency company wide. We vetted several platforms prior to choosing AkkenCloud and the features we have benefited from using on top of the amazing customer service has shown that we made the right choice. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** Would like to see easier/simpler reporting tools and timekeeping software that integrates within Akken. From what I understand, customer feedback about these issues has been heard and these additions will be rolled out soon. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** Strongly consider switching to AkkenCloud. Easy to search for candidates. The history and active reports that be pulled from the site. Having a contact to call when questions come up is great to. And that it is a live person and not machines. I like that you are able to retrieve their personal information, taxes, garnishments, direct deposit, photo ID's and verification for I-9. It is a easy program to search in. Using key words and phrases is very helpful. Searching by city, or zip code within a mile radius is providing quicker results. Also like the fact that anything that is put into the notes portion remains their forever. No one is able to delete, add or alter the information that was adding on that particular day. This is beneficial when it comes to working with employment benefits or court ordered cases. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** There is always going to be things that you think should be added or not work the way it does. When I enter a job order the candidate will not show up as a matching candidates link, but when I go to a candidate, that particular job order will be under the candidates "matching jobs" link. Not only are they knowledgable, but they are friendly and nice. Any time I or someone from my team calls with a question or issue, we always get a live person. They always listen first and then offer solutions. They are one of few vendors that when they tell us that they don't have the answer and will call us back - actually call us back when they say they will. With regard to the platform, we have been with AkkenCloud for about 2 years. We are still finding out some of the powerful features of the platform and they continue to add new features. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** They have a very robust help section, but sometimes I find it hard to find the answer to a specific question. A complete downloadable manual would be helpful versus having to pull individual sections. If you are migrating from an existing system, its going to be rough for the first few weeks - that isn't about AkkenCloud, but of migration to any different platform. In getting AkkenCloud, we were trying to find a one stop cloud base front and back office solution for our business. Our previous software was server base and difficult to navigate. The immediate benefits that we realized were that 1. AkkenCloud was easier to navigate and thus freed up our recruiters time to focus on revenue producing activities; 2. AkkenCloud was able to integrate with our accounting software so invoices could be imported, thus eliminating the double entry requirement that we used to have; 3. Once I'm done with the timesheet, I submit it and it's sent for review. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** In AkkenCloud, time sheets for a given week have to be submitted only ONE time, otherwise the system (according to the agency) causes errors with their invoices. Anyway, this gets annoying if you do different work assignments in a given week, and you can only submit the timesheet once. This system isn't the most user friendly. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting paid is the benefit!
