Too many steps to complete a simple task. Completing tasks alse requires multiple tabs to be open at once. I can select a candidate's resume I recently received and the parsing feature pulls out the pertinent information such as the individual's name, phone number, email, and job history and put the relevant info into the correct fields for me which saves me time in the overall process. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** The thing I dislike about Akken is that sometimes when the information is parsed out of a resume such as a phone number is alternating which phone number field it goes to which makes it harder to look up in the future. Also sometimes the parsing feature switches an individual's first and last name when the names both sound like first names which can be frustrating looking up in the future if you didn't initially notice/ realize it. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** AkkenCloud solves the problem of keeping resumes and job orders in order and updated. Akken allows for its users to not only save resume and job order information but also provides its users with the ability to associate certain people with certain job orders which makes it easier to reference back to at a later date. ### 24. I'm sure for some business models, this is needed and is usefull. Being able to post job orders in AkkenCloud and have them automatically post to job board sites has been excellent and keeps us from having to post the same job on multiple websites ### 25. I hear other companies complain about their ATS but I've never had problems with Akken and I've used them for 9 years. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** The search function in the candidate's section is OK, but my recruiters complain about that a lot, it doesn't always bring up the same resumes and the same search often brings up different resumes. The only complaint I have. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** If you need a software to be full cycle with your internal team, clients, and candidates, this is a great product that is constantly improving. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved the problem of paper timesheets and paperwork. It is easy to use and has never given me or my co-workers any problems thus far. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** I recommened that if you are an administrator or an employer, or really any company who needs a good CRM to work off of and to keep data for your previous and future employees, please consider using AkkenCloud. It is easy to use, quick, clear, and it will make your work day go so much smoother. I have never had any issues with this CRM and I have fount it to be quite helpful. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have found it easy to look up emplyee information when doing employment verifications, pull new hire employee reports, and input demographic data entry. Having all of your data from the front office, middle office, and back office all in one system is refreshing, knowing that all pieces communicate with each other seamlessly. It is fairly customizable to meet your needs; if you are a small office, it will be more than sufficient to meet the demands of almost any scenario. The integration with payroll was the last piece that made it perfect for our office. I like that they are constantly developing and working to streamline the process. I also like that they are expanding their offering organically rather than through acquisitions and "bolt-ons". **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** The payroll process still has some work to be done. They had indicated that payroll data will be flowing back into their system by the end of Q1 21, but still not done. Their mobile app could use some improvements. We spend a lot of time working with our field employees getting them logged in and navigating the system. The app seems relatively new, even to their engineering team. Also aren't great about updating their training materials to coincide with the system updates, but understandably so when you are a rapidly growing and developing system. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** It doesn't have the greatest UI, but the functionality and ease of use far supersede that. Ask a lot of questions to make sure that you understand how your data will be imported into Akken. If you are particular about how your data is presented or are savvy when it comes to databases, make sure that you get a solid understanding of where fields are being mapped, what fields are being used for what purposes. It will be very helpful when you go live, and adoption by your employees will be much quicker. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our greatest takeaway from having all of our data in one place is that we don't have to be transferred to different people to handle different troubleshooting issues. All of our data is housed in one place and that has made it simple and easy to navigate, and know that our data can be found easily. We've eliminated having multiple systems to navigate on a daily basis. ### 31. This product is great for so many things, even recruiting other companies. It is used for various functions in our company like staffing and sometimes even configuring payroll aspects. All in all, this software has not just proven to be a tracking system but it has resolved many other problems that exist in a business. It has made my team members so efficient and smart that in spite of working in different off-site locations there is no impact made on workflow. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** Sometimes it becomes really annoying when I just cannot copy and paste an email to a new email for composing another email. Also, the parse function within the platform just properly functions on the Internet Explorer which works poorly. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** I have used different alternatives before moving to AkkenCloud. I believe that research is extremely important for a business to conduct before switching to any product. Hence, I would recommend businesses to definitely do their own homework and research properly if AkkenCloud looks promising only then invest in the product. For my company, it has proven to be a good fit. There are slight glitches in the platform but still, it works fine I would say. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The product has definitely served as being the source of more efficiency and effectiveness within all my employees and team members. Moreover, AkkenCloud is a good product that has normal customer support I would say. There are many aspects that the customer support is currently lacking which makes it quite incredibly unsatisfactory to use. I would recommend the team to improve their customer representatives' style to improve the user experience as there are glitches that require attention so sometimes the customer support is not up to the mark. ### 32. In the past three years, I have been a part of the continuing growth and look forward to utilizing AkkenCloud for years to come. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** I would like to see a more extended timeout period before having to log back in. If end users could delete notes made in error within a specific time frame without getting an admin involded, we could record accurate information in the most effective manner possible. Also a feature to drag and drop documents to save in the cloud would be nice. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** I Highley recommend it! For the price, quality, and features provided, it is hard to beat! **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are staying in front of potential clients by utilizing the tasks section daily. We have done a couple of live trainings as new things came up. We recently integrated Outlook with Akken and it has been a great feature! I may not have talked to someone before, but perhaps a coworker has, and I can easily see this in Akken. The Outlook integration we did recently has been very helpful in saving correspondence with candidates. I also like how features like candidate status, groups, etc. and customizable. ### 35. I like htat I can add my new hires in a group, see when the last time the file was modified and their most recent job title on their resume. I also like the dashboard reminders and the calendar feature. It's interesteing how it shows my invitations on the home screen. Sometimes, it is help to have a candidates profile as a separate pop out window in case I get a call from someone and need to switch gears quickly. I won't loose my place or my work. I like it. I do like that I can filter additional candidates by owner and send blast emails to my candidates to market new job openings. It seems pretty user friendly when it comes down to that. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** It's slow, adds additional pop up windows and repetitive with entering the same info over and over. I don'ot like that it doesn't integrate well with Ring Central. I wish the client and candidate features would have some sort of integration and flagg a client or candidate that might be both in our system. I also don't like how the phone number won't populate in the mobile and primary number phone fields. I wish I cold filter my submission by my name so that I could have a quick snapshot of my activity. The system is slow when it comes to uploading a resume. I've noticed that it easily makes duplicate records with the same resume. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** Always search and verify their isn't a duplicate profile, remember that the system creates additional pop up windows. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** None for either. I don't have a problem with Akken. However, I realized a feature that I do like and thats adding to groups in the system but that's pretty standard. he system is slow when it comes to uploading a resume. Akken also removed functions that are very helpful such as when creating an invoice; I used to be able to choose to credit or charge the customer and now it will only allow me to charge the customer with the credit function not working. For five years I also used to be able to update an assignment and in timesheets it would move the assignment to the top of the list but now for some reason it will keep the assignment as far down on the list as when it was initially placed. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** For the price, it's an excellent service. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have solved how to add jobs to our website with AkkenCloud. We have fewer pointless emails and more productivity since we don't have to wait for email updates on statuses. Sometimes resumes aren't uploaded and we can't sync their resumes to existing profiles. One of my favorite things has to be that every different task or candidate I click on opens a new window so I don't have to hit back a thousand times or think about where I left off. I also like that I can easily create a candidate's profile simply by uploading their resume. It saves me a lot of time, however I'd prefer a quicker process which I explain below. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** I'd prefer if applications we received through ZipRecruiter and Indeed we're automatically transferred to our Akken piepline. I've worked with Greenhouse ATS in the past and they had that integrated. For example, someone would apply via Indeed or ZipRecruiter and their application/application questions would automatically transfer into our Greenhouse Pipeline. Once in our pipeline, we could filter through what resumes we wanted to keep active for that job and the ones we'd reject would simply go into a rejected folder. It finetuned the process a lot and saved us a lot of time. **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** Look into having apps and resumes automatically uploaded to Akken from Job Posting sites. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** My favorite benefit is that a lot of what I use on a daily basis is accessible through Akken, however I feel we could take advantage of it more and finetune our process if we implemented other things into Akken. ### 41. With this in mind, Akken is easy to use for time entry and allows you to keeps track of various expenses, standard timesheets, and overtime, and also allows you to enter effort against different roles or positions. It is simple and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** There are a few quirks that can be frustrating. If you click on the time menu, the navigation automatically takes you to "expenses" compared to the "timesheet" page. Both are time menu items; however, if you happen to click on the upper link, the navigation takes you to the first page - expenses - usually not where you intend to go. This issue is a minor navigation quirk, yet one that can be quite frustrating. Second, when editing a timesheet, Akken always launches a second window or pop-up. A better approach would be simply allowing a user to access the timesheet in the same window. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** AkkenCloud helps solve effective timesheet and payroll management. It allows users to enter time and effort against a variety of scenarios and circumstances. ### 42.
