With the use of the AkkenCloud platform, customers have seen an increase in efficiency, placements, and profitability. ## AkkenCloud Reviews ### 1. Nice people, but the customer service and support take forever. The database is okay. We are starting to have search feature problems and customer support seems to be a couple days every time we call. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** It is cumbersome, everything takes a lot of steps, the back-office part is a pain, not very user friendly **Recommendations to others considering AkkenCloud:** find another package with better customer support. It is so frustrating to have to wait two days to get something answered that takes 5 minutes or less **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it as a CRM, just as a candidate database. ### 2. There have been a few cases where I submitted a ticket and the problem was resolved in a way that was helpful and did not leave me with more questions. **What do you dislike about AkkenCloud?** Its interface is not userfriendly. Too many steps to complete a simple task. Completing tasks alse requires multiple tabs to be open at once. There are lag times between functions. **What problems is AkkenCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** There have been a shockingly large amount of problems. There have been multiple tickets entered. Lack of customization for workflows and how our company hires. It does not offer any type of candidate nurturing and easy bulk/mass emailing.
