Akili AI is an AI medical scribe and clinical workflow platform for healthcare professionals. It transcribes the consultation and drafts a structured clinical note for the practitioner to review and approve. • Ambient AI scribe: generates a structured clinical note from a consultation in any of 60 languages, including consultations that switch between English and Afrikaans. • Dictation: turns dictated findings into a structured note. • Clinical documents: generates sick notes, referral letters, treatment plans and motivation letters from the consultation note. • Template builder: lets a practice create its own note and document templates. • Episodes of care: groups related consultations into one patient record. • Scheduling: manages appointments on a shared calendar for practitioners, rooms and locations. • Care teams: lets practitioners and care coordinators work on shared patients. The practitioner reviews and approves all AI output before it is saved. Patient data is stored in South African data centres and encrypted in transit and at rest, and the platform is designed around POPIA compliance and HIPAA-aligned practices. Pricing starts at R799 per practitioner per month including VAT, with a 7-day free trial.
