"One of the best GTD, Personal Workflow, and Productivity applications on the Market!"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

Akiflow is incredibly useful for individuals that require quick task-to-calendar functions and time-blocking.

The application is well designed, has the best UI/UX of any calendar application I've tried, and the command bar is helpful for quickly capturing ideas or tasks.

Integrations with other applications are useful, especially the Google Calendar and Zoom integrations.

The Akiflow team is AMAZING and will do their best to ensure that their customers' needs are heard, and new features are implemented efficiently; the Akiflow team cares about its customers.

Being a Y-Combinator backed company, I anticipate Akiflow to continue to provide even more value to its customers as the application continues to evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

Akiflow is a relatively new application, and they are gradually fleshing out the core application.

Currently, the application is a bit expensive compared to competitors but provides enough value to justify the costs.

At the time of this review, there is no mobile application available for Akiflow, but the development team appears to be working hard on implementing this.

The benefits of Akiflow far outweigh the negatives of the application, and I am confident the Akiflow team will continue to improve the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A productivity masterpiece"

What do you like best about Akiflow?

Akiflow's direct integration with Google Calendar, Notion and Todoist let me see and plan everything in my day and week from one central location. Simple to use, great keyboard shortcuts. I would highly recommend this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

Have not found anything to dislike, would like to see a full iOS / iPadOS version though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands down the best calendar & tasks app"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I have tried many new calendar & task solutions - Motion, Sunsama, Morgen - but the UI and UX of Akiflow wins hands down. What I like best is that it works, and I've stuck to using Akiflow every single day as my one source of truth for tasks from different sources. Asana, Email, Slack, it all comes into Akiflow, and I now capture tasks throughout the day in Akiflow too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I can only dislike the lack of mobile app, but the team are working on it, and that's no bad thing. They've nailed the user experience for the desktop app and so I'd prefer they take their time and get the mobile app right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The only productivity app that needs to exist!"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I genuinely can no pick one or two things I like best about Akiflow. I actively try to use all the features that it has.

However, the concept of making your calendar and your to-do tasks work together is what distinguishes Akiflow from any other app I know of.

On top of that, the ease with which Akiflow's command bar enables you to keep your mind clean by making tasks and planning them with a few keystrokes is a game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

While it is still the only productivity app that I am paying for, I still consider it a bit higher than I would expect. Luckily for Akiflow, I love the app and am willing to support them.

Other than that, the only other point that I believe they are working on heavily - mobile app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Low Friction = Actual Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

Akiflow is most powerful in its ability to be used from anywhere on your computer. Just tap two keys, and you can write down whatever task just popped in your mind. Shortcuts are a key theme here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

The calendar isn't very good. I use other tools for this (Vimcal has been great). It really is a great task manager though. I'd almost like if they would allow me to just use the task manager and not use the calendar. Although, it is helpful to be able to type alt + T to bring up the menu bar with the calendar or alt + a to bring up akiflow itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Akiflow improved my work organization with streamlined task and event management"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

The streamlined workflow allows you to schedule and manage tasks along with calendar events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I'm still on the fence about the pricing (it's not exactly cheap). But because I liked the tool from the first moment I used it I think it's only fair to pay to use it regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally! The ease and speed of Superhuman, the simplicity of Things AND time-blocking."
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

With the command-bar, access to key functionality is fast and intuitive. The interface has a beautiful aesthetic. Integration with Superhuman/Gmail is excellent; capturing from anywhere is easy and includes links to the source of the task (email, web address, etc), which is a critical time saver. The addition of time-blocking provides me with what I was looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I am looking forward to being able to assign multiple labels to a task (or tags). Also can't wait for the mobile app. Both are in the implementation pipeline. The team is responsive and rolls out new functionality regularly, so I am confident we'll get these features soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
