The app integrates seamlessly with our existing platforms like Teams and Clickup, consolidating tasks that used to slip through the cracks. Time blocking has transformed how we approach daily priorities, giving clear visibility into team productivity.

Daily check-ins provide a structured accountability mechanism. It's not about micromanaging, but about understanding our actual progress and planning more effectively.

There are some implementation challenges. The learning curve is steeper than I'd prefer, and the current lack of subtask functionality limits detailed project breakdown. Project creation could be more streamlined.

Akiflow is very good for customizing projects and tags, and the AI assistant instantly organizes your to-do list into your calendar.
