"A powerful product that has been a natural upgrade to my organisation"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I took my time comparing Akiflow with other options, and so far, I’m very pleased with my decision. It integrates my tasks from several Google accounts effortlessly, making sure nothing gets overlooked for too long. The onboarding call with Cecile was especially useful—she walked me through the features and showed me different ways to use tags and folders, which made it much easier for me to dive right in and get more out of the tool than I expected. I rely on Akiflow throughout my day to manage all my daily and weekly commitments. Switching from Google Calendars to Akiflow has been a significant improvement, resolving several issues I faced with those free tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I extensively use a Samsung S9FE Tablet and am disappointed in the lack of landscape mode for Android. The Samsung Labs Function allows me to force it into landscape, but its no bigger than a phone screen in that mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Akiflow?

I appreciate how straightforward the setup process for Akiflow was, which made it enjoyable from start to finish without encountering significant challenges. The user experience in task and calendar management is really helpful, making my organization efforts more efficient. I particularly find the tasks management screen and calendar views highly useful as they allow me to prioritize tasks, use tags, and organize projects effectively. Switching between the 3-day and week views enhances my organizational capabilities. Moreover, Akiflow has significantly improved my ability to organize tasks and consolidate projects in one space, helping me streamline my daily work efficiently. I like being able to choose which tasks to focus on daily, aiding my productivity. Lastly, the customer support, particularly from Jayrich Sebullen, was exceptional. He provided a tailored solution to my unique organizational needs and an amazing onboarding experience, being timely, warm, and friendly during our interactions. What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I'm concerned about pricing. As I'm testing it out, I'd like to keep costs down for my business. If they can offer a better price in the long-term, it would make me buy it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Akiflow: So Glad To Now Have a Productivity Hub That Finally Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

’ve bounced around every major productivity app—I gave Sunsama a solid try, attempted to force time-blocking in Todoist, and quickly abandoned TickTick because I was so frustrated by its lack of reliable integrations. After all that searching, Akiflow is the one that finally brought sanity back to my calendar. I have found it to be the ultimate hub for high-volume work, successfully merging my disparate tasks and calendar events into a unified system that actually helps me stay focused.Akiflow solved the biggest workflow problems I had with the other tools. I'm still using Todoist for my task database - but that is pretty much all I use it for now.

Universal Inbox is a Game-Changer: Coming from TickTick, where the integrations were severely lacking without Zapier like solutions, Akiflow's Universal Inbox is the feature that sold me. It pulls tasks from many apps —Gmail, Slack, Notion, Asana, and more—into one stream for me to process. I no longer have to jump between 5 different tabs just to see what’s on my plate, which instantly eliminated context switching and helps me get down to work and focus faster.

Time Blocking: This is where Akiflow beats my attempts to time-block using Todoist. Akiflow is built not just listing or a convenient window where I can see appointments. The drag-and-drop task scheduling is seamless, and the "Timeslots" feature is genius—it lets me allocate a block of time for multiple small tasks without making my main calendar look like an overwhelming mess of appointments.

Speed: Akiflow seems fast to me. Power tools like the Command Bar and extensive keyboard shortcuts let me quickly capture, process, snooze, and schedule tasks in seconds. I spend far less time managing the tool and more time actually working.

I was also offered an on-boarding 30 min slot with Peache who helped me get to grips with specific workflow questions I had. This was really useful.

I love the Akiflow GUI and this is a personal thing - apart from finding the Sunsama rituals not to my liking I did not like the GUI. I do get on very well indeed with the Akiflow planning and review rituals which shows how personal all of this is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

Initially, I found getting into the Slack community a complete nightmare. However, a support agent called Jayrich was an absolute super star. He hung in there helping me to overcome server related issues when I am sure it would have been easier for him to abandon - but he didn't and I am grateful and impressed at how Akiflow tries to add a personal support touch - which goes some way to explaining the high subscription cost and value proposition. "Flexible Day Management with Akiflow – Lots of Potential, Small Integration Gaps"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

I had a bit of an opportunity to test Akiflow last week and overall, I am very pleasantly surprised.

After an odyssey of various to-do apps, I am really satisfied with the way Akiflow allows you to structure your day flexibly. The AI aspect is still somewhat underdeveloped, but it offers a lot of potential. The different ways to interact with Aki are also great: being able to quickly write to Aki on WhatsApp whatever comes to mind and finding it already prepared and even categorized in my inbox is a very nice flow.

I am curious to see if and how Aki will positively influence my life, but after the short test phase, I am quite optimistic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I was somewhat annoyed that Apple Calendar does not exist as an integration option and the support team couldn't provide me with a timeline for this feature.

Sometimes parts of the app are somewhat diffusely structured, but overall you can find your way around well.

Furthermore, I didn't like that calendars shared with me in Google are not displayed, which means Akiflow only complements my calendar app, but doesn't replace it, because, for example, I can't view my partner's appointments and her various calendars (which I do have access to in Google Calendar). What do you like best about Akiflow?

I really appreciate Akiflow for its ease of setup. The setup process is straightforward and efficient, making it a useful tool for managing daily tasks and meetings. I find the setup convenient, especially with its tagging feature on the left-hand side, which enhances organization. It's great at helping me manage decision fatigue by prioritizing visual tasks. The drag-and-drop scheduling feature is user-friendly, allowing flexibility in adjusting time slots as needed. I also find the interface intuitive, which significantly contributes to its ease of use. The AI functionality aids in streamlining schedules and making adjustments on the fly, which is invaluable. Overall, the product works pretty well and stands out for its useful setup process. "Akiflow: A Smart and Unified Workspace for Productivity Enthusiasts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

What I like best about Akiflow is that it lets me manage both my calendar and tasks in one focused workspace. As a productivity enthusiast who values efficiency and clarity in task management, Akiflow has truly elevated the way I organize my work.

I especially love the quick capture feature. it allows me to instantly add tasks or events anytime, anywhere. It feels very close to the ultimate GTD app I’ve always wanted

And the built-in AI assistant is just brilliant. It genuinely feels like having a personal secretary who helps me schedule, plan, and adjust my day simply through conversation.

Also, big thanks to Jayrich from the Akiflow team for the kind support and guidance. it made my first experience with the app even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

What I dislike about Akiflow is that, while it supports synchronization with many tools, it doesn’t yet fully integrate with Obsidian — which I use heavily alongside Notion. It would be amazing to see direct integration in the future.

As a Korean user, I can still use Akiflow comfortably, but the font rendering in Korean could be improved for better readability.

I also wish I could fully customize all the hotkeys to match my personal workflow.

That said, Akiflow is already evolving fast, and as a productivity enthusiast, I’m genuinely excited to see how it continues to grow into an even more powerful productivity hub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Task Management with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Akiflow?

{"I really like the task slot feature because it suits my planning style. I often plan deep work tasks but struggle with planning individual tasks, so this feature helps me manage my time better.","I find the AI trainer and slot features particularly useful. These tools support my daily routine by making it easier to organize my tasks.","I appreciate the drag-and-drop functionality, which simplifies scheduling tasks on the calendar, and the responsive phone app makes creating and shifting events around very easy."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akiflow?

I find the initial setup of Akiflow overwhelming due to its numerous features. It's challenging to figure out which features are necessary and how they fit into my workflow. Additionally, I would prefer if Akiflow had task-triggered automations—something I miss from Timo, which would make the interface less corporate and more visually warm. I find myself having to manually handle tasks that could benefit from automated personalization, such as adding emojis, which is a bit cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
