I appreciate that Akiflow does a handful of things very well, and doesn't seem to give into feature sprawl. I used to use a combination of TickTick, Notion, ClickUp and Trello, but found the process of integrating disparate systems difficult. With Akiflow, it intelligently sorts tasks regardless of intake channel, splits them out by personal vs work, and allows you to stack and timeblock across each with ease. I found the onboarding process of Akiflow pretty seamless, yet I had trouble understanding the different features that could actually be useful and how to use them. A little more reminders inside the app on what features exist and how to utilize them would have been more helpful.
