As I was considering whether to proceed, I had a few doubts and decided to contact their customer support. These days, a lot of products simply direct you to their FAQs, which often leaves your questions unresolved. However, the team at Akiflow took the time to understand my concerns and responded extremely quickly - within the same day. Special thanks to Jayrich from Akiflow for his proactive assistance! The onboarding was smooth and I really liked that they offered and onboarding call. Cecile from Akiflow walked me through everything in the call and guided me how to make best use of this tool. Big thank you to her. I like the fact how Akiflow integrated with other tools. **What do you dislike about Akiflow?** When you decide to try Akiflow, you are asked to enter your credit card information. The sync with Notion is limited. It would have been great to have more data that gets synced. **What problems is Akiflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the problem of how to manage my time more effectively. ### 2. The new AI assistant, Aki, adds useful automation for scheduling, task planning, and summaries, though it’s still evolving. What stands out most is how intuitive it feels everything from task capture to daily review fits naturally into how I work. **What do you dislike about Akiflow?** Like all software, Akiflow has a few drawbacks. There’s no full auto-scheduling yet — though you can run smart workflows that do a good job of reorganizing your day. It’s efficient, but not at the same level as Motion AI. That said, if you’re a solopreneur or founder/CEO who prefers to focus on your own priorities rather than deep team collaboration, Akiflow is a great fit. It’s clean, intuitive, and makes managing multiple projects much easier without adding friction. **What problems is Akiflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Akiflow helps me bring all my tasks, meetings, and priorities into one place. My favorite is the fact that you can slot large chunks of time out and then throw individual tasks into them. Also the ability to plug into various calendars and then create events from one place. **What do you dislike about Akiflow?** Integrations need some work. They are good in theory, but not very practical for everyday use. For example, the Notion integration is very responsive, but doesn't bring in descriptions for each task. Additionally, each task needs to be assigned a Priority etc, even when integrated **What problems is Akiflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Akiflow makes it easy for me to organize my day. Having all my daily and weekly tasks in one place, separate from my main task manager, is extremely useful. It gives me a dedicated space to focus on execution. Being able to view all my calendars—both personal and work—at once is incredibly helpful for understanding how much time I truly have available. I also find Akiflow's capture feature impressive, as it lets me quickly add tasks and links, allowing me to create new tasks in no time. ### 4. There's a lot of different hidden menus and places to click.
