One of the features that greatly added to the customer experience was the creation of product matrices with more than one variation. Previously, our matrices were only of color, currently we are able to make matrices of color and size, color and voltage, among others...all of this was made possible by akeneo. I really like the akeneo interface, dinosaurs are very cute!! **What do you dislike about Akeneo PIM?** I would like to be able to download more information about the products, such as completeness. This way I would be able to create specific actions for a group of products with low completeness. I would also like there to be panels with more visualization possibilities, for example "how many times this attribute was filled in a certain family". I think that the existing panels provide us with little information and are not flexible for the user. Currently, no one on my team can view and use the "process tracker" filters, as we work with several users at the same time, it is important for us to monitor the processes in progress **What problems is Akeneo PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a marketplace, we work with two types of products, 1P and 3P, which enter through different channels. Akeneo enabled the centralized management of 1P and 3P product data. In this way, we can carry out improvement actions for the products in a single tool, not two, which increases the productivity of our team. Access to product information, such as attributes and families, is effortless in Akeneo, which allows you to manage the catalog more easily. The rules are handy because we can quickly categorize and enrich thousands of products. I would like to be able to add all attributes in an attribute group to an export profile at once instead of one at a time. We have opened a number of bug/question/enhancement tickets and they are always quick to respond and solve the issue at hand. We have even seen a couple of our enhancements added to the product. Akeneo remains responsive and snappy with product queries and bulk updates, even with 2.5M skus loaded in the system. We have no major complaints about this PIM system and would recommend it to others based on experience over the last two years. **What do you dislike about Akeneo PIM?** We have no major complaints with Akeneo PIM. If we were to nitpick we would like to see more conditions/queries added to the product filters. Examples are 'not in' and 'does not begin with' which are available conditions in their Rules engine but are not in the standard Product filter list. We also feel the Bulk Update actions could have more options added to it along with pairing multiple action types into one update. These are incredibly simple files (csv or xlsx), so they should be provided. Additionally, the application could do a better job of introducing you to concepts and stepping you through using the program. Likewise, some of the documentation is lackluster, and it feels like you have to jump around to find what you need. Training should be baked in. **What problems is Akeneo PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's providing a portal to manage our data, which allows our different stakeholders to engage with it easily. Also due to the different input methods (single, bulk & sequential edit and imports) you have a suitable solution for all kind of work. The level of changes that trigger events is not the required level we would like.
