Products like Secure Internet Access, API Security and Bot manager. All these products are working good and esay clients work. It is esay to integrate these with current system and use. Productivity will increase. **What do you dislike about Akamai Ion?** I didn't face any problems as an user of Akamai products. The only thing is they should improve there customer service and reduce solution time. I have waited for some days for one of the issue resolution. **What problems is Akamai Ion solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using Akamai Ion's 3 products and it is solving my different different problems like Bot manager is managing my all bots activity and giving me report in such a good maner. By API Security service i have protected my all APIs which is interacting with external world. ### 2.
