The quality they serve are from one of the standards rating.There is no location constrain that I have observed from them whicle using their services. **What do you dislike about Akamai Media Analytics?** I have observed that since they are providing access to many videos at a time sometimes process of page loading or rendering cases emerge out in one or more cases. **What problems is Akamai Media Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well it is providing uninterrupted services all the time which is making huge contribution to the user interface also the quality they are serving are one of the top notch one. ### 2. I have used QOS Monitor for the same. I haven't tried out its competitors; hence I cannot comment on that part. **What do you dislike about Akamai Media Analytics?** There are other similar products in the market at a lesser price. That is something maybe the team can have a look at. Also, the deployment does not support mobile devices. That is one addition that can be more helpful **What problems is Akamai Media Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to figure out the various scenarios the user can perform while looking at a video.
