What do you like best about akaBot?

I really like how convenient it makes our AP process! It works 24/7, and includes features such as automated invoice approvals, data entry, data matching, payment notifications, and error correction. Furthermore, this allows for remote work, so we didn't have to worry about missing or duplicate invoices during COVID-19 when the staff was altered daily at that time. The setup and integration process took a long time, and I'm still having trouble understanding how to utilize this platform! Another issue is its inability to read handwritten invoices, which account for a significant portion of our system and requires us to manually enter data and complete the process. In the past, especially in the outset of COVID-19, our AP process was inefficient. Everything might be screwed up in an instant if one of our members made a minor typing error, which took us hours to detect and correct. We also had to be in frequent contact with one another to know where the invoices were in the process, which was challenging to do while working from home. What do you like best about akaBot?

My favourite aspects of this bot are its speed and accuracy. The entire AP processing is completed automatically in minutes without the need for any manual labour, saving us time and money. What do you like best about akaBot?

What I like about this bot is that it requires minimal manual employee intervention and errors in invoice approvals and streamlined data matching and payment execution. Because this technology is quite new, it took me a while to figure out how it works. However, I don't think it's that difficult to use when you have clear instructions and frequent vendor support! Many of my colleagues quickly get accustomed to it after only 1-2 days. Besides, it does sometimes make errors which require us to manually fix and start from the beginning! What do you like best about akaBot?

This bot receives e-invoice Hyperlinks from four websites (EVN HN, EVN HCM, EVN CPC, EVN NPC) and downloads basic PDF and XML files from power companies. It then extracts data and prepares the associated expense report! This is accomplished in minutes with almost no manual work required! It's also reasonably priced and well-designed! I'm not sure about other platforms on the market, but the price of this bot is cheap, but the quality isn't! It processes hundreds of invoices at once with nearly no mistakes and notifies us when it detects issues so we can address them right away! The customer service is also quite friendly and helpful! What do you like best about akaBot?

As a software with the main use to automatize the business processes, I believe the best thing about akaBot is the fact that it performed its role, more amazingly, in a better way than I had expected. The graphics are the first thing that comes to mind. It was not difficult to comprehend and remember how to run this platform because it is so well-designed and all of the sections are well-structured. What do you like best about akaBot?

We applied akaBot in our online general meeting of shareholders to collect the shareholders' information as well as their voting forms. What I like most about this software is that it automates the whole voting process, from collecting the data and voting forms to sorting out the submitted ones. After all, the process is done by robots, therefore, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. Mistakes can still happen although it is less likely than humans do.
