What do you like best about akaBot?

With the advanced search engine of uBot Invoice, it has become effortless to extract information from invoices. Previously, accountants had to manage piles of paper invoices and receipts, but now we can access all the information we need with just a few clicks on the portal. The seamless workflow of uBot Invoice has revolutionized the way accountants work. What do you dislike about akaBot?

Despite the high accuracy rate of 95% to 97%, there have been instances where uBot's AI has resulted in inaccuracies while scanning information from invoices. Additionally, certain types of invoices that do not follow standard structures have been known to not update automatically on the system. What problems is akaBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company's quest for a paperless work environment has been a top priority due to the high cost of storing, printing, and transporting paper documents. We have tried different solutions in different areas, but implementing uBot Invoice has proven to be one of the most effective solutions so far. Although there are other invoice digitalization solutions in the market, uBot Invoice provides additional value-added benefits, such as supporting business intelligence within the organization. One of the most significant advantages of uBot Invoice is its ability to eliminate the need for paper documents. This feature allows us to manage invoices and receipts digitally, without storing or managing paper copies. Additionally, the search engine on the uBot Invoice portal is exceptional, making it easy for us to extract information by simply entering tax codes or vendor names. Furthermore, uBot Invoice also supports business intelligence within the organization. The ability to draw insights and conclusions from visualized graphs and data sets on the portal is invaluable. This feature reduces the effort required to generate reports and proposals, allowing employees to spend more time analyzing data and making informed decisions. What do you like best about akaBot?

It took longer than anticipated to complete the rollout. Considering that it is a new technology, it still has a few limitations, such as the inability to always understand handwritten papers and the tendency to stop suddenly when errors are found. Since their OCR technology periodically fails to read particular sorts of invoice data and automatically slows down or even stops the process when mistakes are made, it doesn't appear to be as effective as it could be. What problems is akaBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our ability to offer consultancy services more effectively and accurately is made possible by the program that performs the analyses for us and automates audit procedures around-the-clock. What do you like best about akaBot?

What do you dislike about akaBot?

a few minor errors. In all honesty, that might be difficult for an accountant, and it makes me wonder how to correct it and whether it will effect the current procedure. But only after a few days of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is akaBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Usually, when the accounting department receives invoices from suppliers, we need to look for the tax identification number of those businesses on the official website, which we do by typing. We also require a location to keep them all. I learned that akaBot has an Ubot Invoice because it directly relates to my area of responsibility, and I advised the manager to use it. More than 80% of my working time is now saved because to it. The legality of invoices has been automatically determined by Ubot Invoice and stored. This tool has high precision. What do you like best about akaBot?

Its automatic OFF USS QT31 domestic card checks feature is fantastic! On a daily basis, the bot scans the pending QT31s, generates trace requests on NAPAS, and closes the request after reviewing the response result! What do you like best about akaBot?

What problems is akaBot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Matching invoices is our primary focus. Although vital, it takes up time because my coworkers and I must type each invoice by hand. 80 percent of our effort goes into it. but continue to make errors. Our procedure has changed thanks to akaBot, which automates the process of receiving digital invoices and transferring them to UBot, which checks them with the tax council and notifies us if they are correct or incorrect. For an RPA tool, definitely how it fuctions. I have used tools from other big players in the industry but the price is quite costly. Although the vendor ensures 100% accuracy, there are still some small mistakes. However, it was alright for me, considering the benefits it brings akabot is still worth 9 points to me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Invoice processes are complicated especially for manual work where mistakes can happen easily.
