In an audit & consult company, we have to deal with thousands of invoices every day. With a large amount of data and numbers, it is really time-consuming and requires much effort when doing it manually. Now with akaBot, the whole process from collecting data, inputting them to processing to get final results are now all automated. It thus saves us a lot of time and effort. What I dislike most is that akaBot cannot handle a large pool of data at one time so we had to split the data into parts. It would be quite annoying if we have to do the process over and over again instead of processing all of them at once. Even for personnel with little or no technological skills, it is simple to use and newbie-friendly. They always give prompt and active support throughout setup and integration, making it much easier for us to grasp the platform's functionality. It occasionally fails to function properly when errors arise.  The entire process slows down and sometimes stalls, requiring us to manually seek for and solve the problem! Some of akaBot's problems include unstructured data and invoice continuity. When dealing with so many various sorts of invoices at the same time, it may slow down the process, and when errors arise, we have to refresh everything and start over, which can be annoying! I am satisfied with the performance of akaBot, both the product and the support. The bot automated then saves us up to 30% of our time doing invoice processing. Though UBot - a bot by akaBot applies for checking invoices, then automated approve data and input it to our system. It intensely improves our productivity and makes everything become faster. I think the boundary is to scan the big quantities of invoices. Also, it was not easy to learn how to use a new tool, especially for some people in my team who have no IT knowledge.
