AIxFlow is a native iPad app for modeling business processes in BPMN 2.0, designed for analysts and managers who need clean, presentable diagrams fast, without a cluttered desktop tool. Model by tapping: tap an element, choose the next one, and the sequence flow is created automatically. Auto-layout arranges the entire process (pools, lanes, gateways) horizontally or vertically in one tap. A built-in validator reports missing start/end events, dead ends, unreachable steps and implicit splits before you export. AI (Pro): describe the process in words, dictate it, or photograph a whiteboard or paper sketch. AIxFlow builds the model and adjusts it on request ("add a gateway after the review"). Runs on-device with Apple Intelligence or in the cloud with Claude; bring your own API key if you prefer. Full BPMN coverage: all event triggers, exclusive/parallel/inclusive/complex/event-based gateways with condition editor, task types, embedded and linked sub-processes, pools and lanes with message flows, data objects, annotations, groups. Export valid .bpmn (optionally executable for Camunda 7/8), PDF, SVG, PNG, HTML/Word documentation, or share a read-only web link; recipients need no app. Undo/redo, multi-select, keyboard shortcuts, Apple Pencil, iCloud sync across devices (free for everyone). Free: up to three diagrams with the full editor.
