"Seceon aiXDR-PMAX: Modern, Enterprise-Grade Security with Less Complexity"
5/5
What do you like best about aiXDR-PMAX?

I strongly recommend Seceon aiXDR-PMAX as a strategic cybersecurity platform for organizations seeking to modernize their detection and response capabilities while reducing operational complexity and cost. It is particularly well-suited for enterprises, MSSPs, and mid-sized organizations that need enterprise-grade security without the overhead of managing multiple disconnected tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about aiXDR-PMAX?

While it does simplify operations, for advanced SOC teams it can feel a bit “opinionated” or constrained. Compared with a custom SIEM + SOAR stack, it also offers less flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about aiXDR-PMAX?

The product integrates AI, but it still leaves room for human oversight and management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about aiXDR-PMAX?

There seems to be a reluctance to acknowledge errors, which makes it harder to identify real-world issues within the system, since it’s treated as if it’s expected to be error-proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
