## Aiwyn Reviews
 ### 1. Simple, Organized, and efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shruti S. | Sales Head, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

What I like most about Aiwyn is that it keeps everything in one place, so I do not have to switch between different tools. It gives a clear view of invoices, payments, and client information, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual work. The dashboard is easy to customize, making it simple to find what I need quickly. Clients can also pay multiple invoices easily, which has improved communication and faster payments. On top of that, their customer support is responsive and always willing to help when needed.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

I wish Aiwyn had more AI powered features to automate routine tasks and provide smarter insights. Also, the pricing can feel expensive, so it may take time for smaller firms to see a strong return on investment.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn has solved the problem of managing billing, payments, and client information across different systems by bringing everything into one place. Its integrations keep data in sync, so we do not have to enter the same information multiple times. The platform also performs well even with large amounts of data, helping our team work faster, reduce errors, and spend more time on clients instead of administrative tasks.

 ### 2. Data Centralization with Complex Start

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luciano R. | Analista de operações, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

I use the Aiwyn database and structure to map processes and transform billing data and hours worked into real efficiency indicators (KPIs). What I like most about Aiwyn is the centralization and accuracy of the data, eliminating the mess of receiving information from different sources like emails and time reports. The platform centralizes and organizes everything cleanly for analysis, which eliminates 'rework' and data cleaning. Since everything is unified, I don't need to waste time hunting for information in various systems or cleaning messy spreadsheets, as the data is born organized and ready for use. Additionally, I connect the consolidated data from Aiwyn to analysis tools and dashboards like Excel and Power BI to create advanced reports and monitor financial indicators.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Complexity in Implementation: Being a very robust and heavy system, the initial setup and data migration from old systems require a lot of work and demand a lot of adaptation time.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn eliminates the hassle of receiving information from different sources by centralizing everything for analysis. It ends the 'rework' and data cleaning, as the data is organized from the start, avoiding wasting time hunting for information in different systems or cleaning messy spreadsheets.

 ### 3. Streamlined Payments and Efficient Client Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Analista de desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

We use Aiwyn to manage client payments, automate invoice delivery, track outstanding balances, and streamline communication with clients. It’s become a central part of our billing workflow, helping reduce the time our staff spends on collections and payment follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

One area that could be improved is reporting and dashboard customization. The existing reports are helpful, but more flexibility to tailor dashboards and views for different teams would make analysis quicker and more efficient. Also, some of the more advanced features take additional training to use effectively.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with managing collections and payment follow-ups across multiple systems. With Aiwyn, payment reminders and client communications are automated, which makes the overall process much more efficient. As a result, we’ve reduced our administrative workload, gained better visibility into cash flow, and cut down the time we spend managing accounts receivable.

 ### 4. Finally, a Platform That Doesn't Make IT Duct-Tape Everything Together

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

Honestly, what I like most is that Aiwyn doesn’t feel like a patchwork of separate tools. Everything is connected—payments, client information, and practice management—so it all works together in one place. As an IT Manager, that’s a lot less of a headache to support than trying to juggle ten different systems.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Honestly, not much comes to mind yet. If I had to point to anything, it’s that some of the smaller integrations and parts of the docs don’t seem to have fully caught up, probably because they’re growing so fast. It feels like pretty normal growing pains, tbh, and it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, the biggest win is that it stops accounting firms from having to juggle a bunch of disconnected tools—billing, client communications, tax—everything split up and messy. For me, that’s huge because, as an IT manager, I’d much rather support one solid platform than babysit ten different integrations that keep breaking.

 ### 5. Great Support and Payment Experience, but Worried.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

We've been happy with the customer support and the overall experience of the product so far when it comes to having our clients pay through Aiwyn. I also admire the passion and positive outlook on the future for Aiwyn from the Aiwyn team for the company and its dedication to its existing customers.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

I fear that Aiwyn is going to push their existing customers that do not need all of their new features that they are offering and who simply just need a payment service for their clients to the side.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, our clients are able to pay invoices online. We have CCH Axcess Practice and Workflow which allows us to see WIP easily during the billing process and I may not be understanding where Aiwyn is different than what CCH Axcess is already providing to us.

 ### 6. From manual invoice follow ups to automated collections Aiwyn has been a valuable upgrade

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eleanor H. | Marketing Manager at Maiden systems, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

As a marketing manager what i like best about Aiwyn is how it removes friction from the payment experience after a client signs with us. Instead of manually following up for invoices, the client portal lets clients view invoices, pay through ACH or credit card, save payment methods and enable autoplay, making the entire process much more convenient. The smart collections feature reminders based on invoice status which has helped us reduce overdue payments without constant manual follow ups.I also like that Aiwyn keeps our billing, payment and client data synchronized with our accounting and practice managment systems so we don't waste time updating records in multiple places. The dashboard gives a clear view of outstanding receivables, payment activity and cash flow while the interface is clean, fast and easy for new team members to learn. Overall it has improved the client payment experience and reduced administrative work access our business.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

There isn't much to dislike about Aiwyn. The interface is clean and easy to use, although i would like to see a few more dashboard customization options. Performance has been reliable with only occasional delays when loading large financial reports. The pricing is on the premium side which may not suit smaller business but the automation, faster collections and time savings have made it a worthwhile investment for us.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Aiwyn we spent a lot of time manually following up on invoices, tracking overdue payments and updating client records. Aiwyn automated invoicing, payment reminders and collections helping us improve cash flow while reducing administrative work. Its ai insights help us quickly identify overdue accounts while integrations with our accounting and practice managment software keep client and payment data synchronized without duplicate entry. The onboarding process was well structured, the support team has been responsive whenever needed and overall it has made our billing process faster and more efficient.

 ### 7. Streamlined Communication to Clients, search function needs help

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

When provided the correct permissions, it is easy to use Aiwyn to set up automatic email triggers. I also like how it has two functions for looking up invoices or accounts.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

I dislike that at times Aiwyn will not pull in the invoice PDF making it difficult and adding an extra step to the process to include the correct connections between the two systems. I also dislike that when searching for a client, sometimes it will not filter enough to search for the correct client. When searching for a client who's business starts with a letter then &, the search system will pull in everything that includes that letter and/or the & instead of the naming convention as a whole.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn is helping tremendously with sending out automated emails to clients so that clients are notified of their bills and when they are due or if they are overdue. Also, adding triggers to the automations are easy to use. Then, the emails that are sent also include the hot links to the invoice, which is also helpful for streamlining the payment process for clients--meaning less clients are calling in to need a step-by-step guide.

 ### 8. Engagement Letters That Save Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

I like that you have the ability to customize filters when searching for engagement letters because it's saved me so much time. It’s a great feature and makes the process much easier and faster. It’s also extremely helpful to be able to adjust columns and customize the dashboard and it's very inclusive for all different staff. I also appreciate how much faster customer support is compared to other platforms I’ve used in the past. A lot of the support staff is actually willing to work with you and cares about solving your problem rather than ignoring you. There are also a lot of resources available on the website, which has made it easier to transition into using this software. Overall, it out performs a lot of other platforms because we’re able to include billing features and pricing within engagement letters, which has improved our workflow and strengthened communication within our firm and with our clients. It also has done well performing because it's able to handle integration between personal and business profiles which allows us to combine engagement letters into one document and it seems like clients have responded well to it and it has saved a lot of time and hassle.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

I do not like how it doesn't integrate well with other platforms such as CCH. It has been a big issue with our firm trying to figure out how to improve the issue with the DAU sync. A lot of the times it has broken and delayed a lot of our processes. I also don't like how the billing feature doesn't automate payment for engagement letters. When sending an engagement letter you can request that payment is required, however the banking information is stored and there is no way for us to access this and we still have been having issues collecting payments. Most of our clients have to do this on their own as well as set up their own automatic payments. I wish we had more access to helping our clients do this on their behalf. I also wish there were more tutorials on how to code engagement letters and integrate more AI tools into this. It would be helpful to have resources like this for people who don't have a computer science background.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn has made signing engagement letters much easier because of how user friendly it is for clients. We have had an issues with receiving signatures using other platforms because our previous software only allows one tax payer to sign at a time. Once we switched to Aiwyn this problem was eliminated.

 ### 9. All-in-One Network Monitoring with Fast, Proactive Alerting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilia W. | Network Support Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

It brings all network monitoring and incident management into one place, making it much easier to track outages, performance issues, and service requests without switching between multiple tools. The alerting system is particularly useful as it quickly highlights potential issues before they escalate, helping reduce troubleshooting time. The interface is clean and makes coordination with other teams smoother during escalations.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Alert noise can become an issue if thresholds are not properly tuned, leading to too many notifications. Integration with some legacy monitoring tools also requires extra effort during setup, and initial configuration often needs support involvement. Reporting flexibility for custom network performance metrics could also be improved.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It significantly improves incident response time by providing a centralized, real time view of network health. Instead of manually checking multiple systems, we can quickly identify outages and bottlenecks, which reduces downtime and improves coordination across teams.

 ### 10. Forward-Thinking, Modern Company Leading Accounting Into the Future

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charissa F. | Client & Staff Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

The forward thinking and how modern the company is. The accounting world is not always that way and it is nice to see a company looking towards the future and seeing what is to come.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

I don't know that it is really even a dislike, but I just wish they had started sooner. They just aren't where we need them to be yet because they are so new.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation, it has saved us a lot of work on the Operations side and helped get clients to pay their bills online and sign their engagement letters.

 ### 11. Seamless Practice Management Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

Practice management integrations: It integrates with several accounting practice management systems, helping firms avoid duplicate work.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Dependence on integrations: The value of the platform depends heavily on how well it integrates with a firm's existing practice management and accounting systems. If an integration lacks a feature a firm expects, that can be frustrating.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: Slow invoice payments
How Aiwyn addresses it: Online payments, payment plans, and automated reminders
Potential benefit: Faster collections and improved cash flow

 ### 12. Easy-to-Use Format That Simplifies AR, Collections, and Client Payments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle G. | Credit & Collections Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

I like the site format and the ease of using it, whether it be for AR/Collections or assisting clients pay their invoices.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Our only issue with Aiwyn is that sometimes when I client uses the "pay without an invoice| function, the site doesn't always later mirror where we applied the payment in our Practice Management software, which leads to client calls and confusion.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn is solving our need to reach clients more often for unpaid balances and also reducing calls as the clients can download their invoices through the portal if they misplace them.

 ### 13. Aiwyn Covers Billing Basics Well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

What I like about Aiwyn, from what I’ve seen and heard, is that the software covers all the basics when it comes to billing.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

It’s helpful to be able to send a batch delivery of reminders whenever we choose, outside of the scheduled deliveries.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The billing module solves the problem of eliminating the need to use other programs, since everything can be done in one place.

 ### 14. User-Friendly with Streamlined Payment Solutions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arleen B.

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

I appreciate that Aiwyn is user-friendly on both ends, making it easy for everyone to navigate. The initial setup was very easy and the training provided was great, with a quick turnaround. I also value the faster payments and automated follow-ups that Aiwyn facilitates.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

We tried using Aiwyn for billing and it did not work. I would like to be able to prepare billing within Aiwyn.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aiwyn speeds up payments and automates follow-ups, streamlining our collections process.

 ### 15. Effortless Automation and a Single Source of Truth with Aiwyn

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

The ease of automating previously manual functions. Because Aiwyn is tied to our PM system we no longer have to manage multiple systems as a source of truth.

**What do you dislike about Aiwyn?**

Sometimes support can take longer that expected and I wish the pricing was more in line other products.

**What problems is Aiwyn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has automated out collections process by sending reminders to clients automatically rather than our previous manual processes

 ### 16. Customizable Engagement Letters and Easy Reporting

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Aiwyn?**

The ability to customize and lock features in the engagement letters, pulling data and reports

They have been very helpful in adding features we needed.

 ### 17. Seamless Client Payment Portal Integration with Excellent Support
