What do you like best about Aiwozo?

Aiwozo provides Artificial Intelligence Capabilities using NLP, Machine Learning Speech Recognition, Image Classifier, Sentiment Analysis and Computer Vision which makes it unique, and if you consider its security and cost it is ahead of the curve.

Compared to the training and product support they provide we are impressed and benefited by their efforts. They provide unattended and attended automation which I have been using in the BFSI industry. Training new people especially freshers and getting acquainted with new features and product versions have been easy as they update their Youtube channel regularly. The tool is highly scalable and quite smooth while dragging dropping activities comes with adequate security and performance-wise with Windows 10 is compatible.

There are lots of training documentation that comes with it which helps us in building fast robots Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aiwozo?

Add more Activities to simplify automation like UiPath.

Provide integration with other vendors like service now, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, Control M

Needs to have a default template while starting a new development.

We are automating business processes that are related to insurance mostly related to underwriters and portfolio managers involving applications like Excel Macros, websites, excel automation, Pdf, etc.

When we compare the cost of the product with the transactions that it did the ROI is amazing.

If we had chosen other tools which are market leaders now then there would have been less benefit.

1. Reconciliations - We get a lot of excel/pdf documents that needs to be reconciled with other related documents. AIwozo bots make it a breeze while ingesting these files and help create co-relations with other file data helping us to auto-reconcile at a fast pace saving human efforts and eliminating any human error.

2. Accounts Payable Processing - We have automated multiple processes involving accounts payable processing using AIwozo bots. This helps us free human efforts and make the process end to end a breeze, quick and error-free.

3.Infra System Health Checks - We have developed and deployed Aiwozo bots for daily infra health check for on-cloud and on-prem applications, databases, files and other shared assets. Aiwozo never skips a beat and updates us in real-time of any failures or potential failures based on powerful AI capabilities and known application behaviour in the past. What do you dislike about Aiwozo?

Though the tool is good in many aspects of IPA, few minor checks need attention. When developing in a studio, the AiWoZo sometimes is glitchy and causes increased efforts in debugging process. User Interface looks very similar to the UiPath tool.

Also, limitations of AI-ML services/algorithms cannot be considered tool's inefficacy, thereby concluding AiWoZo as successful when implementing Decision-Based workflows for intelligent bots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aiwozo?

It is easy to learn and can easily scale even without any technical knowledge in automation. The variety of courses provided in the academy allows you to learn all things RPA related. I like it because it is good in both performance and flexibility. It is very easy to use and will enable me to design very efficient bots that execute any type of admin task.
