What do you like best?

Is really easy to use, training is very quick for anyone so my team is able to answer requests or design new intentions very fast. I like having a multi-bot configuration so you can have a completely new design and interactions for a different customer type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Web interface to configure new intentions is easy to use but sometimes is slow, would be nice have a desktop App for Design Mode. There are a few improvements we are waiting like upload an image through web Channel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

With this type of software we are really novices since it is our first approach but it has been the best since we adapt very easily to Aivo since it is a platform which does not need much previous knowledge since it is very intuitive and the learning and training of Employees have been very fast since it does not cost them at all to adapt which has brought us a saving of efforts and time also of Aivo we like that it has multiple platform support which makes it much easier since you can enter from any device with internet is tablet laptop or your desktop pc and do an analysis anywhere and anytime Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

Es una plataforma que no necesitas conocimiento previo en programación de bots, su dashboard de configuración y entendimiento es muy fácil de manejar y cada que involucro un agente nuevo como moderador del bot no se le dificulta aprender.

Puedes ingresas desde cualquier dispositivo movil para realizar un análisis rápido o bien cualquier computadora con acceso a Internet, en caso de un cambio rápido en el conocimiento del bot es muy facil realizar el cambio en la plataforma y actualizar a producción ya el cambio. Otro punto interesante es la integración que ya incluye a diferentes partner entre ellos zendesk quien por igual es nuestro aliado estratégico y entre las 2 cubro mis expectativas. Sería algo bueno el poder tener una configuración secundaria del bot que haga la función de adquisición de leads por medio de un mapeo de preguntas y posibles respuestas. Con respecto al tiempo que toman las actualizaciones, muchas veces estas involucran a terceros, como en el caso de las integraciones, y el equipo de Aivo depende de ellos para poder avanzar. En esos casos, suelen tomar más tiempo porque pasan por procesos de ambas compañías. De nuestro lado, siempre intentaremos desarrollar el mejor producto en el menor tiempo posible, sin descuidar la calidad del mismo y trabajando en mejorar los tiempos de actualización.

What do you like best?

La facilidad al crear preguntas y respuestas, identificando con la opción de entrenamiento aquellas intenciones que no están asociadas y de esta forma puedo vincularlas para que el cliente siempre tenga una respuesta del Banco.

El control diario sobre las interacciones, sesiones y etiquetas más usadas, me permite tomar acción de inmediato con el equipo de publicidad si mis canales de chatbot están bajando los niveles de atención.

What do you like best?

What I like most about this tool, is that it is super moldable and adapts to the requirements of my customers, in the automotive world it is very necessary to change as the market does and in this digital age have the automation of the Digital channels is a great help. In addition, one of the functions that I like the most about the platform is that it gives you full access to it, that is, you can reach a high level of personalization of your chat bot and give it the essence of the brand or the one that my client considers which is the correct one It is super intuitive, easy to use and gives you the best training tools. One of the problems we had as a channel, was that we did not generate leads through the bot, this is one of the solutions with which AIVO has helped us.

What do you like best?

High-touch support team with great sense of urgency - Aivo navigated the conflicting requests from Customer Service and Marketing with grace and speed. Quick responses with flexibility in compromising our design ideas with usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The machine learning is not as automated as we hoped for, lots of manual approval and tagging for it to be used as intended. We adjusted our design to work more like an FAQ click-path vs an "ask me anything" free-handed approach to help with this. Also the native chat platform Live was not as robust as our previous vendor; real-time monitoring capabilities are lacking and the hashtag approach to macros/canned responses are not our favorite (can't preview macro prior to sending to customer.) Hola! Muchas gracias por tu feedback. ¡Qué bueno que estés satisfecho con la usabilidad y la funcionalidad de nuestra plataforma! Nos alegra que puedas asistir a múltiples alumnos de forma simultánea, brindando una buena experiencia.

Con respecto a cargar las respuestas, una forma automática de hacerlo es, si ya las tienes redactadas en un Excel, importar el Excel con las mismas. Esto se puede hacer a través de un par de clicks.

Por otro lado, con respecto a las integraciones, en algunos casos la gestión se puede realizar dentro del mismo bot de Aivo, mientras que en otros casos la misma derivará a otra plataforma si la integración lo exige. Esto va a depender del tipo de proceso que se esté realizando.

What do you like best?

It is a very friendly tool that allows us to serve our customers in an efficient, agile, fast way and facilitates us to implement more complex functionalities efficiently, as for example at this time the functionality of obtaining balances connecting to Saleforce is obtained and obtaining previously synchronized data this allows us to have a high impact for customer service, as well as reduce customer service times, as well as generate statistics in a simple and dynamic way with several dasboards that facilitate the interpretation of the data, thus allowing us make decisions and analyze the responses that our customers are giving to the bot and improve the responses to the interaction between the bot and the user, which allows us to generate more detailed intentions and focused on the sectors of our specific users to place products advertising more adequately and in special seasons g Advertising or ads that allow us to emphasize new additions added to our bot. Hi Erwin! Thanks for your feedback. As you mention, it is not possible for now to recover deleted intentions. That's why there is also the possibility to deactivate them. This way, they are still in your system but are not active in the chatbot's conversations. We recommend agents to not delete intentions, but to just deactivate them whenever necessary. Esta plataforma nos ha generado optimización de tiempos, al tener un servicio 24/7 realmente podemos enfocar tiempos en diferentes actividades de la empresa estando seguros que la plataforma dará una respuesta correcta a nuestros clientes, adicional nos entrega las métricas necesarias para medir su efectividad.

Es una herramienta amigable, dentro de las respuestas podemos incluir emojis, personalizar nuestro chat, darle la personalidad que necesitamos para la empresa.

Al tener la opción de incluir fotografías de nuestro portafolio la vuelve más real y cercana con nuestros clientes.

Adicional nos ha ayudado a incrementar de manera sustancial la cantidad de leads y ventas en la empresa.

El equipo de soporte de AIVO es de primera.

En realidad no hemos tenido inconvenientes o malestar con algo en específico. Lo único que estamos esperando con ansias es el poder implementar gifs en las respuestas para Whatsapp.

No lo duden y no lo piensen para implementarlo en su negocio. Al momento de ver los resultados quedarán totalmente satisfechos y mucho más con sus mejoras permanentes y sus capacitaciones a los clientes, siempre tiene una respuesta de parte del equipo de soporte y una solución acertada para tu giro de negocio.

Nos ha disminuido dado la oportunidad de optimizar tiempos en nuestros roles de trabajo, nos ha generado incremento en el número de leads que obtenemos y sobre todo es un porcentaje muy importante para generar y cerrar ventas hoy en día.

Con cada actualización e integración hemos cubierto varios canales de comunicación donde era importante este soporte, siendo implementado ya actualmente en Whatsapp y Facebook brindándonos así más soporte.

Menos cantidad de trabajo para el call center para que este solo se enfoque en cosas netamente necesarias con de soporte humano.

Incremento en solución de problemas que antes eran trasladadas a varios departamentos por ende la reacción de respuesta y satisfacción para nuestro cliente no era la óptima pero con AIVO este problema ha quedado resuelto.

What do you like best?

Aivo (agentbot) is a very simple and intuitive cloud based solution to be set up. Depending on the complexity on your requirements, no need to have specific technical skills to have the solution up & running in a few steps and in a short period of time.

It has high level of availability. After one year and half working with this solution, it has been 100% available.

Its Analytics Module provides real time and relevant information which allow us to see what is happening with our chatbot anytime and take any quick decision is needed.

Besides of that Aivo offers webinars or share information by email to ensure that their customer uses the solution in a more efficient way and also have Customer Success Managers to help their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Aivo does not allow to download the content uploaded in a automatic way and when you get the information through your CSM, this information is not complete, you are able to see only the intention and the answer, if you want to see the complements and way to asks, you need to use the UI.

They have migrated their Admin Tool. It has a nice and modern look and feel but when you try to query a long period of time, sometimes it crashes or takes a long time to answer. Maybe it's due to for the stabilization period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes platform tends to get a bit slow while obtaining reports or modifying content since it´s migration as this didn´t happen on the old version.

Also it would be a nice enhancement to be able to download uploaded knowledge, (for example, ways of asking), like we download interaction reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since Aivo´s Chatbot implementation in our system we had increased call deflection to the help desks, which allow us to organize our agents on the line in a more suitable manner.

In regards to reports, waiting times depend on the time frame that you request. The longest the time frame, the longer it will take to generate and download. Aivo has provided an excellent chatbot solution combined with a dedicated support team. This mix has proven to be critical to start our project and introduce further services fast and reliably.
