We were very happy to learn that aitrillion had created a Shopify app. We've found it to be very easy to use and seamlessly send new email sign-ups from our website. It was simple to install and embed into the website. It is successfully capturing email addresses and phone numbers. Very useful for email broadcasts to our customer base. The email creator is intuitive and we found it to be one of the well-thought interfaces we have come across thus far. Thank you for creating this app for Shopify! I needed a form builder that would allow video attachment uploads for my warranty service form. This is the only one I could find. It allows you to customize things pretty nicely so overall it's a good app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AiTrillion? We have had a few glitches that were annoying, like when our space ran out for uploads and we could no longer access the dashboard. Contacted support and they said I had to first upgrade to a higher package, then I could access my saved files and delete the old submissions. Then I had to downgrade back to the plan I was in...kind of a hassle, wish I could just access the database and delete if needed. Also would be good to get an email when our space was close to running out so we could delete submissions before this whole kind of issue happens. Well, I degrees... it's still the only form builder submission app I could find with video attachments so I keep it around. Thanks, guys, make these updates above and I would give you a 10.
