I had a quick demo of Aisera and came away impressed with its potential. The AI chatbot handled common IT requests well, and the integration with platforms like Teams and ServiceNow seemed smooth. The UI was clean, though it took a bit to navigate. It clearly has value for automating service tasks, but you’d need time to fully train and customize it. While the demo showed strong potential, it became clear that getting the AI fully optimized would take a fair amount of setup and training. The interface, though clean, wasn’t always intuitive, and some of the automation felt a bit rigid without deeper customization.
