What do you like best about AiSDR?

Everything’s pretty much done for me. All I need to do is answer questions to set up the campaign and set up lead filters. Aisdr then does everything else from finding leads to generating and personalizing emails. It also notifies me if anyone’s booked a meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

It’d be nice if there were some more integrations. In particular, I’m looking forward to one for salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AiSDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for an ai sdr that handle both my inbound and outbound comms. After considering several including Oneshot and 11x, I settled on Aisdr for 2 reasons: auto-responses and Hubspot. Aisdr is able to send responses to any incoming emails quickly, and it’s good at addressing objections. I’ve also been using their Hubspot integration a lot. If I’m missing lead data in Hubspot, Aisdr will try to find what’s missing. And I can say what Hubspot data I want used for personalization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

-Implementation was quick and easy thanks to their support team walking us through it

-Went live in 2-3 days with our first two campaigns up and running

-Easy to do business with, ask questions, and get the email cap adjusted for high season

-Simple admin. I just check the dashboard to get latest stats and check boxes in campaigns to enable/disable features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

Could use a few more tooltips explaining features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AiSDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manual and outsourced outbound were expensive with few results. Aisdr cuts the cost of outbound in a big way, which helped us get a return on investment on Aisdr in ~6 weeks. With our current conversion rate, we even expect to start recouping some of the money we spent on outsourcing outbound. Aisdr is also easy to do business with by letting us adjust our plan to increase the number of emails for high season and drop it once high season is over. Our entire team was fast to adopt it when high season rolled around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

My favourite thing about AiSDR is costumer service! I have never had better CS before. They are just so helpful! Shoutout to Viktoria, she has done a great job! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

It takes awhile to kick off, but once you find out the best audiences to work with, it will flow... :)

I also don't like that it doesn't do hyperlinks, but the links are clickable, which is fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We avoid hyperlinks because they negatively impact deliverability. Plain-text links also tend to perform better and feel more human.

What do you like best about AiSDR?

I like how almost no time is required to run the AI once it’s set up. I just set up a campaign, click launch, and Aisdr lets me know if there are any replies. The team even pings me just in case. Their team is also quick to answer my questions, making it a pleasure to do business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AiSDR?

It’d make life convenient if there was a tracker that let you know how many emails were left for the month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AiSDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aisdr’s taken a lot off my plate: looking up contact details, figuring out how to tailor emails, and even answering responses. My first campaign was live in less than 24 hours. Everything was straightforward: easy set-up, easy admin, and easy to implement. Our first campaign booked enough meetings that our ROI went into the green, which got the entire team on board for using Aisdr for more campaigns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AiSDR?
