I liked that the transfers were cheaper at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Airwallex? I opened a business account with Airwallex to handle cross-border payments, but the operational support has completely deteriorated. My assigned account consultant went entirely dark, ghosting repeated emails over an extended period. When I attempted to escalate the issue through their standard help dashboard and customer support tickets, I was met with total silence and automated loops. Airwallex functions fine as long as the automated systems work, but the moment you face a glitch or require human relationship oversight, you are left completely stranded. Trusting operational business capital with a financial platform where you cannot reach a live human supervisor is an unacceptable risk. Due to this total communication failure, I was forced to externally escalate this matter to federal regulators and manually evacuate my corporate funds to an alternative provider.
