The biggest impact that Airwallex has on our business is around the global payments and transfers, helping to make it easy for not only us as a business but for our customers as well. Airwallex customer support is shocking, they took and held up a $9965 USD deposit for over a month. It was a transfer from a Dubai Client and they stated it failed the risk assessment. It took 1 month to have it returned to my reputable client, then they closed my account which I had opened for over 3 years, to which still up and to including the time of me typing this review I have not received any of the money I had in the multi currency accounts. Airwallex will need to store your fund from my corporate bank to airwallex before making a transfer. This is different from Wise where all the transaction from bank to wise is require to match 1 on 1 with the place you are sending your money to.

If you use a regular bank, fund trasnfer from the corporate bank to recipient is 1 on 1 and transparent. This helps to track the transaction and it is similar with wise but for airwallex, the transaction of "bank to airwallex" is separated from "airwallex to recipient" which make it more difficult to track the transaction.

If you consider airwallex as a bank and record all the "airwallet to recipient" transaction for the book keeping purpose like you do with your bank, problem will be solved but Im still unsure if this is possible.
