I tried Airwallex to manage my business finances and expenses, and created multiple currency accounts to make transfers. I found the platform fast and easy to use, and I didn't experience any security issues when I was using the platform on a regular basis. I tried reporting, contacted customer service and got a virtual company card as well. I found it easy to create new cards (physical/virtual). When compared with Wise Business, Airwallex doesn't offer cashback rewards or savings for business funding. Also, I would welcome new features related to lending & borrowing in the future, as small businesses always need access to funding. There was nothing that I disliked in particular.

Airwallex offers a really good and effective exchnage rate for paying international suppliers and to tranfer money between entities stationed in various countries. It's pretty easy and simple with less clicks and few steps until the final page. I like the integration and the ease of use. Reconciling Airwallex can be really difficult at time as it has various wallets and each wallet has it's own balance making it a liitle tricky when you are looking at it wholistically. It restricts connection to any othe software than Xero which is a big big downside and it then increases a loyt of manual import of data and checking. I understand that one needs to maintain privacy of the credit card the person holds but maybe they can get a new feature where assistants can take hold of everything going on the card. Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about Airwallex, but if I had to pick two things, it’s that Airwallex doesn’t have a per diem and mileage reimbursement feature yet. It would be great to have those features available to make things even more streamlined for the team. Airwallex is one of the most useful and simplistic platforms for card and expense management. From back end administrators to cardholers, is it simple, easy and highly customisable to suit your business needs. This process was easily integrated into our existing accounting system and expense management. Additionally, the implementation to cardholders only shows them the information that they need to see with administrators having full access to a variety of information for reporting. Customer support typically replies within one day but has an automatic search on their database for FAQ that specifically relate to your query, which is often answered already.
