I find Airtable easy to build new things and the end user ease of use is fantastic. I also appreciate the integrations with other tools and how easy it is to build automations. It's really helpful to be able to integrate with tools like NetSuite to read product information, Slack to send reminders, and email tools or Typeform to automatically create records. Airtable solves intransparency and having several sources of truth by centralizing information, reducing reliance on multiple Google Sheets and tools.
