It allows us to never miss an important date. It is very nice because you can just leave a simple message or customize it with a gif. And is very nice to be able to centralize it in a single channel. As an HR director, I just loved the idea of reducing the administrative burden of my team making the process super efficient. Shoutouts - the app help us to promote the culture of celebration and appreciation, allowing colleagues to recognize each other's milestone with a customized message for the all company. Airspeed allowed us to socialize with each other in a fun way and keep track of our birthdays and anniversaries. They make it super easy to wish someone a happy birthday or anniversary by suggesting stuff to say. Now everyone gets a big virtual card on their special day, it's really great. It can't be used in comment threads of posts already made.
