"Effortless Call Analysis and Deal Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I like the ability to quickly process my calls using Airspeed's AI tool for breakdown analysis, which tells me what I need to do to push a deal forward and close it. The feature that lets me review recent or old calls is helpful for recapping and following up with clients. It also assists me in relaying customer information to other relevant teams. Additionally, the setup of Airspeed was very easy and smooth, and it was extremely quick to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

I find that it can write better-worded emails at times and give me better action steps when moving along deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nailing Customer Insights Extraction & Better Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I really appreciate the actions I get after each call. I like the agents set up in Airspeed, which run every day or week to extract very specific insights from my team's calls without me having to do it manually. They're very easy to share with the team as I see fit, too. Airspeed helps me find insights I wouldn't even have known existed before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

There's no custom dictionary that automatically corrects the names of my customers in transcripts. Also, no current Planhat integration - and some say CS teams have equal standing with Sales teams these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Sales Management with Airspeed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I really like how Airspeed helps our team to focus on selling rather than updating records. It takes care of follow-ups and tasks effectively. I also appreciate that it records our sales calls and allows us to search through them. Another great feature is that it connects and syncs information with our CRM, Salesforce, making our workflow seamless. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, it's a 99% perfect tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

No major pain points. Sometimes AI suggestions need an extra review, but that's normal with every tool using AI. Maybe a bit more workflows, but it's a 99% perfect tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Call Notes, Smart Reminders, and Real-Time Performance Insights"
4/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

Mainly the ability to have detailed notes around calls as well as prompts and reminders to follow up. The UI is really helpful as well as being able to monitor performance in real time. Tool is really easy to use and they have an AI built-in to help answer questions quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

Some of the scoring for call review seems pretty flawed. It seems to be getting better, but unless you hit specific keywords, it doesn't seem to pick it up and it will rate the call badly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Helene Doetsch of Airspeed (formerly Glyphic)

We're glad to hear that you find Airspeed's call notes, reminders, and real-time performance insights helpful. We appreciate your feedback about the call scoring and will continue to work on improving this feature, in fact, we have a new release scheduled this week.

"Enhances Meeting Efficiency with Intuitive Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I like Airspeed's meeting minutes ability. It's helpful for me to have the prompt that you can save and repeat, which makes writing the meeting minutes easier. I also appreciate that I can review calls, which is great for coaching and understanding development areas. The initial setup was easy, with no problems at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

It would be good to be able to get prompts based on a series of calls rather than just an individual call. Also, I'd like to be able to integrate it better with Claude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They AI within Airspeed is a game changer. It records our calls and makes searching for answers simple. It is also great a generating recap messages. The user interface is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

I wish there was a better way to record in person meetings and then upload those to Airspeed so that we could have continuity throughout our entire sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Call Insights Make Training Reviews Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

The AI chat in every call, along with the percentage of time each person in the call is speaking, is really helpful. It’s very useful to review calls for training purposes.

That said, the quality of the data imported into HubSpot could probably be improved, because sometimes it’s a little confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

I don't see any downsizing, the only problem is when people do not accept the notetaker in the call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Airspeed’s Automatic Follow-Up Task Lists Keep Meetings Focused"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

I love how Airspeed creates an automatic task list after each call for the follow up actions required of each attendant. It is helpful for attendants to just focus on the dicussion at hand and know that Airspeed will create a very accurate recount of what is needed from who after each meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

The search function for calls can sometimes be inaccurate. For example, if I search for mention of a specific product or topic, I can get returns of calls that were mistagged and are not fully accurate to what I'm looking for. This can lengthen the amount of search time when I am looking for relevant calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leveling Up Sales Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Airspeed?

From a marketing perspective, I love how Airspeed collects real insights on our customer voice, without me having to listen to hours upon hours of call recordings. I also love flexibility and ease of building my own agents using plain language - my favorite agents collect customer intelligence and auto-update our battlecards. I also built an agent to suggest weekly content topics for our blog and social media based on trends prospects are raising on calls. The AI interface is my go to for updates sales collateral, website language, etc. because it has the full context of our ICP and customer voice - I will rarely publish anything without consulting Airspeed's AI first. From a sales management perspective, we use Airspeed to score reps and provide clear opportunities for improvement. I love when there is an area for growth, Airspeed with flag it and reference a call where the specific skill was done particularly well. The scorecards are cool, and building them is super easy using plain langugae instructions - airspeed does the rest. From a revops perspective, I love how Airspeed collects and pushes insights to Hubspot by mapping fields. Sales reps are not known for their CRM hygiene, so the more I can let the system do, the more they can focus on advancing deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airspeed?

Sometimes there are still bugs in the system where Airspeed won't publish our meeting recordings, and we'll need to reach out to customer support. Although customer support is responsive and gets the meetings back within a couple of hours once we raise the issue, it's still a bit of a hassle. Also, sometimes the AI can misinterpret call context, and we will have to manually correct the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
