SignNow has a very attractive user interface which makes the process of creating, signing, sending, and organizing documents to be much easier. It allows you to obtain electronic signatures from either one person, or multple parties, very easily. Some may consider that the pricing structure of SignNow is higher than competitors, especially for those with tight budgets, but we have found the time saving aspect of it well worth it in the long run. SignNow is changing how contracts are signed by making it more efficient with less paperwork for all parties. Also since the files are saved in the account after being signed, it makes it easy to go back to the files to review them instead of paperwork piling up in the office and potentially getting lost. It helps increase productivity and organization in the workplace and it benifits us as a leasing corp as we can send out leases, addendum, and draft contracts with ease. The most helpful thing for me is the use of Templates in Signnow. I have various templates for a variety of tasks. Designing the templates was easy and utilizing them saves me a lot of time. Unsure if this is user error or not but I have had a few instances of the end user receiving a sign now document to sign via email and instead of simply opening the document for the end user to sign, they were moved to a sign in page , where they thought they needed to create an account. It solves the need for a manual physical process and the time and materials that waste. By having an e-sign solution, we stop wasting time walking to other people to have something physically signed, we stop having to print someting in order to get it signed only to scan it in and throw it away. What I love about SignNow is the ability to process them one at a time until an approver releases it to the next. If approver declines, they will be sent back with comments to the requestor. I also like that you can write a dedicated email per approver, this definitely shortens the approval time by giving a brief explanation of the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SignNow? I wish I can take a link and paste it to an email in case of follow ups, and I can respond through email without a need to login in to SignNow. I think this feature is reserved for a higher tier. The other one is when using Outlook email, browser or through the app, you can't read the entire content. You will need to scroll all the way to the right since the email isn't on justified mode. On gmail this is not a problem though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Easy, Concise Digital Signing" 5/5 What do you like best about SignNow? Using SignNow has increased my work productivity by being able to track when people open and sign the documents. We moved from PandaDocs to SignNow about a year ago. We had been using PandaDocs for several years but their options for user accounts was terrible. Most of the team needed very limited features and initially we had them all logging in from 1 user account since the cost and their needs didn't align to having individual accounts. We were contacted and informed that this was not allowed so we began a review of other e-signature platforms that had the features we needed at a price that felt right. We landed on SignNow. We have been very happy with the simple templating, ability to upload new docs and add fields in a snap, and the overall management of the signature flows. We'll be continuing with SignNow for the foreseeable future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SignNow? The setup of the folders and sharing of documents is a little weird so things aren't always easily findable but we download them anyway and upload all our signed documents to our sompany shared drive anyway, making this a rather moot issue. Also, there is no hyperlink feature that allows me to paste the link for the signable document into an email, which is a feature I used to use regularly on pandaDocs. Re documents sharing/saving: If you are using a shared drive internally, signNow on--premises might be a good solution for you as it allows automated document storage on the shared drives. We use SignNow in our law firm and it is easy to use and makes life easier for all parties involved. We usually have very tight deadlines on completing our Agreements and this helps speed up the process. SignNow is very easy to set up for the signature process. I have had to contact customer service on a few occaisions and they have been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. We use SignNow almost daily in our workdays! Part of our practice involves sealed Court files and we do not want copies of the documents floating around as they are sealed by the Court so it would be nice to not allow signers to download or save the documents. This is an important option that would probably assist other law firms with sealed Court files. It would also be helpful if you had an option to apply initials once placed on page automatically placed in the same place on the remaining pages (time consuming to do this on 50 - 80 page documents). Many thanks for your detailed and very interesting feedback! This is super useful for us! Regarding the dislike part: 1) as a sender you can restrict the signers from downloading the empty copy (when they just looked at a document and did nothing, simply put). However, once the signer added their signature, they automatically become entitled to getting (download or receive via an email) their copy. No matter what kind of document it is, as long as it contains a signature of their own; 2) autofill through the document is absolutely doable! But again, this is you as the sender who can arrange that for signers. If you don't know how to do this, please email support@signnow.com.
