The customer service is also 100% better than their competitor. The other vendor we used had terrible customer service and their representatives for our account changed constantly. Further, they always tried to upsell us and warn us that we were about to hit our quota for envelopes. SignNow has way better customer service and a chat feature - direct access to customer service asap. Everyone on our HR team has been very pleased. We have since added even more users and plan on using SignNow present and future. LOVE IT!!!! **What do you dislike about SignNow?** There is really nothing that I dislike off the top of my head. SignNow always is updating and adding features, but not unnecessary features.
