I don’t usually leave reviews, but AirOps has fully earned it. This is hands down the most intuitive, flexible, and powerful platform I’ve ever used, especially in the AI + ChatGPT age.
We use it daily, and it’s saving us an insane amount of time in our content drafting and reviewing.
- the interface is clean and integration was easy
- the workflows are easy to customize
- we were up and running very quickly, especially with the education of the AirOps Cohort
- Support has been great anytime we’ve had questions
- It's cut down on a lot of manual back-and-forth across tools
If you're creating and managing content, you need AirOps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not really anything I dislike about AirOps - my only constructive point so far is that the collaboration features are still in development, so having more features that mimic live doc editing, suggesting, and tagging would be useful for collaboration both within workflows and directly in outputs. Our team has gotten so much value from AirOps. We're just getting started! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Documentation, especially around practical usage of integrations, potentials issues, things to avoid and so on. Especially around Reddit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Onboarding and setting up our workflows was tremendously easy, partly because the software is great, and partly because the team at AirOps is phenomenal. They booked weekly meetings with us to build together, iterate, and launch. The software is great too and has done everything we've asked of it and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. It can be a bit overwhelming or difficult for someone who isn't as technically in the know about building AI workflows. They have a lot of resources to help, but it can still be a roadblock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Airops is built specifically for content marketing and leans into those strengths. That means less time spent trying to engineer prompts and more time creating content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little bit overwhelming to get started, but the cohorts make a huge difference! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AirOps achieves an impressive balance between flexibility and ease of use. It enables me to prototype and deploy complex AI workflows without the hassle of managing my own infrastructure. I particularly appreciate its seamless integration with OpenAI models and its support for multi-step logic, which is ideal for structured tasks like generating SEO briefs, evaluating E-E-A-T, or creating content QA systems. The visual builder simplifies the process of connecting prompts, APIs, and data sources. Additionally, the AirOps team has always been responsive and genuinely committed to user success. Overall, my experience has been very positive. That said, I think it would be fantastic if users had the ability to create and publish their own “Power Agents”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting started is easy and the possibilities feel endless. I was able to do their cohort, which walked us through the process. They now offer these same lessons for free in their academy. I found the platform intuitive. Plus, they've added copilot, an AI chatbot that can help write prompts, suggests steps, and implement workflow updates. It really removes hurdles, enabling you to get started with content optimizations, GTM activities, social posting, or whatever you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any AI tool, you need to consider what is worth investing the time to build. Not really an issue with Airops, but just a consideration before building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to use , the llM integrations are so easy and the grid concep+ shareable workflow makes life soo much better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the if conditions are hard to manipulate , talking about their output there might be multiple steps but just one output Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to quickly scale quality content. The help tool is massively helpful is being about to engineer workflows I wouldn't have been otherwise able to on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How cumbersome and detailed some workflows need to get for a desired output. Some workflows can take over a week of dedicated tweaking, iterating, and testing for a desired output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The focus on content-marketing is what drew me to Airops. Having integration options with SEMrush, Google Docs and even several CMS is a massive cost-saver. Also being able to see what happens in every step makes a lot better then any other AI-content generator.
We have rolled it out to 4-5 clients and use it on a daily bases.
The help of the content engineer in setting up the first flows was crucial for the succes at the first client we started with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
