## AirOps Reviews
 ### 1. Transforms Complex SEO Workflows into a Seamless, Scalable Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shweta G. | Marketing Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

What I like best about AirOps is its ability to turn complex SEO and content workflows into a single, scalable system. The iterator-based workflows make it easy to scrape data, analyse SERPs, extract insights, and generate high-quality content automatically. Everything runs end-to-end in minutes, not hours, while still allowing granular control through logic and conditions. It replaces multiple tools with one flexible platform and delivers faster execution, better consistency, and measurable impact on search performance and LLM visibility.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

The platform can feel quite technical as you go deeper into advanced workflows, especially when working with iterators, logic, and multi-step automations. There is a learning curve, and some workflows require time to fully understand. That said, learning and practising along the way makes it much easier, and the power you gain is well worth the initial complexity.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AirOps solves the problem of scaling SEO and content operations without relying on manual, repetitive work or multiple disconnected tools.
It replaces time-consuming tasks like SERP analysis, competitor research, data extraction, and content generation with automated, end-to-end workflows. For me, this means faster execution, consistent outputs, and the ability to test and iterate at scale. What previously took hours or days now runs in minutes, allowing me to focus on strategy and optimisation while still delivering content that performs well across SERPs and LLM-driven search experiences.

 ### 2. AirOps Playbooks and Copilot Save Time and Streamline Content Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan J. | Outreach & PR Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

Saving time and manual work in the first place. Playbook feature is really changing how one can work with content. Copilot is built perfectly to guide along the way of building and improving workflow that are used daily. I managed to handle multiple contexts in a short period of time and cover several use cases for our content team. By connecting AirOps to GSC and GA it gave us various opportunities and insights for improvements.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

I noticed along the way that AirOps is constantly working on improving its features and actually several new features were added within the first month of my usage. It improved and streamlined my processes even further. What would help is the option of choosing which AI tool is being used for Playbook feature.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several useful cases for me: blog posts updates based on their performance (using performance metrics from GSC and GA), playbook for turning demo notes to press releases, drafting new blog posts using playbook based on given keywords.

 ### 3. Powerful SEO Automation but Pricey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachit S. | Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

I have used Airops for SEO workflow automation, and it really helps in managing all SEO and blog-related tasks in one software. I appreciate its ability to extract and analyze data, providing analytics reports that show how the content is performing. I find the SEO features to be like 'SEO on steroids'. It efficiently finds keywords and performs keyword research through automation, which replaces hours of manual effort. I also love the advanced Excel-like interface that allows me to use multiple tools and take actions before publishing content. The proprietary data for content creation is impressive and supports optimization with various strategies. It includes different LLM models for content support and image generation models. I mostly prefer the content refresh tool as it resolves issues of outdated content with just one click. I also like that it tracks analytics and conversions, assists in attribution, and helps in scaling organic revenue. The initial setup was very easy, done within 24 hours. The integration with Ahrefs while maintaining automation features is also valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

I find the pricing too expensive and feel overwhelmed by the multiple features.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airops for SEO workflow automation, managing SEO and blog tasks in one software. It automates keyword research, streamlines content creation with analytics, and refreshes outdated content, making SEO more efficient.

 ### 4. My agency became x3 times more efficient, and clients' results because x2 times better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romana K. | Founder @SaaStorm, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

I love Airops for its super cool and amazing design. I like how advanced it is and appreciate the great output it provides, which gives us measurable results. It's also super customizable, allowing us to build workflows from scratch tailored to specific clients, use cases, locations, or tasks. This advanced capability helps create the most tailored approach and workflows. The design makes it nice to work with, and it just looks amazing.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

To be honest, sometimes, workflows are breaking. However, that's normal because sometimes we make too advanced however, their Copilot and support team are really helpful and always help us. The initial setup took quite some time, to be honest. So I would say the first two weeks were hard, but now a lot of things can be reusable and duplicated. So now it's easy.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Airops to make my team more efficient, keep everything on brand with brand kits, and enhance our content workflows for better SEO results. It streamlines our research and content generation, replacing previous tools entirely.

 ### 5. Excellent content engine, and MCP context is what sets it apart

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

We're piloting AirOps, so this is early hands-on, not a year in production.
AI and intelligence. This is the best part of the platform, and the reason we're in. The intelligence is the real thing, especially for SEO and content work. It scouts, it handles backlinking, and it holds context across a task better than we expected. Wire in your MCP connections and it gets sharper fast, because now it's pulling from your actual sources instead of guessing. If output quality is what you care about, this is where AirOps wins.

Integrations. The easy part. AirOps drops cleanly into an MCP setup, so connecting our tools and sources was quick, and those connections are what make the AI as good as it is. If you're already working in MCP, this will feel native.

Support and onboarding. A real strength. Onboarding was thorough enough to get us working without a lot of trial and error, and support has been quick when we needed it. For a platform with this much going on, that counts for more than it sounds.

UI and UX. Where there's the most room to improve. You get workflows, power agents, and playbooks, and all of it is capable, but figuring out how they fit together and when to reach for which takes a while. The power is all there. The work is the learning curve to reach it. Plan on leaning on that onboarding to get over the hump.

Performance. The other soft spot. We've hit lag and a few bugs in normal use. Nothing that's stopped us cold, but enough to break flow and get noticed. For a tool you'd run every day, this is what we'd most want tightened.

Pricing and ROI. Still TBD. We're in the pilot, so putting a number on the value right now wouldn't be honest. We'll know more once we've run it long enough to weigh output against cost. The signal looks good. The proof isn't in yet for us specifically.

Where it nets out. AirOps lives and dies on its AI, and the AI is excellent, especially once MCP is feeding it context. Support has your back while you learn it. The catch is a UX that takes real work to figure out and performance that can stutter. If you want AI quality and you'll put in the ramp, it's worth a serious look. We'll report back on ROI once the pilot has legs.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

The platform is genuinely capable, and most of our friction so far has come from getting that capability organized, not from limits in what it can do. These read to us as early speed bumps rather than dealbreakers, and a few targeted improvements would smooth them out:

Getting oriented across workflows, power agents, and playbooks. The three building blocks are powerful on their own, and once they click the potential is obvious. The learning curve is in understanding how they relate and how information passes between them, which took us some time up front. That meant our early energy went into setup and logistics before we could get to the content creation and automation we're most excited about. A clearer mental model would shorten that ramp, whether it's a visual map of how the pieces hand off to each other, a guided "first automation" path, or a few templates showing all three working together end to end.

Smoothing out setup and connections. Routing data between tools takes a bit more technical setup than we expected. As one example, we ran into a Notion authentication issue and worked with support to get it sorted, which they handled well. The opportunity is to make more of that self-serve: tighter setup flows for common connections, clearer messages when an authorization doesn't go through, and a quick way to confirm a connection is live before running a full playbook. Small changes there would let teams get moving faster on their own.

Tightening up playbook reliability. Occasionally a playbook will stall on a long load or need a quit-and-refresh to get going again. It's a manageable workaround today, but smoothing it out would make longer automations feel more dependable. Clearer failure states instead of an open-ended spinner, and the ability to retry or resume a stalled step without starting over, would make a noticeable difference in day-to-day flow.

None of these have changed our read that the core platform is worth investing in. They're the rough edges you'd expect this early, and the capability underneath is strong enough that smoothing the setup, connection, and reliability layers would take an already-promising tool and make it something we lean on without a second thought.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several expert voices at our company, and the hard part was never having something to say. It was production. Turning each expert's knowledge into polished long-form content meant heavy back-and-forth, and that bottleneck capped how much we could publish.

We struggled to produce long-form content at the pace our calendar demanded, putting out maybe one or two blogs a month. Now we can generate it at scale across all of our distinct voices, to the point where producing 10 to 15 a month is well within reach if we want it. We're not chasing volume for its own sake, but going from one or two to that kind of ceiling means output is no longer the thing holding us back. Our team spends its time on strategy and refinement instead of drafting and chasing revisions.

A big part of that is the setup AirOps built for us in Notion. We have a comprehensive content database we can actually work from, so iterating and refining a piece happens in one place instead of scattered across docs and threads.

The other piece is that our whole workflow runs through Claude over MCP, which unifies the tools we were juggling separately. We'd already codified our brand voice as a set of Claude skills, the voice each of our experts uses, the rules they follow, the things we never say, and we used those to inform the knowledge base and voice setup in AirOps. So the AI produces in the specific voices we've defined, pulling from our real sources and standards instead of guessing at a generic style.

The result is that we stay ahead of our content calendar instead of racing to keep up, our experts' time goes to the strategic work only they can do, and producing on-brand long-form content stopped being the constraint it used to be.

 ### 6. Custom Brand Kits + AirOps MCP in Claude Are a Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gemma S. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

I like that you can customize a brand kit to match your exact product lines, ICP, writing rules for each ICP, and more. It makes it easier to create unique, tailored content that actually fits what you’re trying to say. I also love the AirOps MCP in claude - being able to write directly into the brand kit from my Claude account is a game changer.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

I’m finding it a little difficult to navigate because there are so many features. However, their customer support is amazing, and they’ve helped me a ton!

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a one-person content and SEO team, it’s helping me speed up my content production without it sounding like AI fluff.

 ### 7. Powerful Content Optimization Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard C. | Senior SEO/AEO Strategist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

I love the actionable insights from the opportunities section. I can easily extract many useful content ideas for my business in terms of prompts or pages.

Besides performance metrics, the workflow automation and content optimization tools are powerful.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

This software has a steep learning curve, and it is not a plug and play. This is suitable for mid size to Enterprise customers, who are interested in automations and producing high quality content at scale. Also, it does not provide integrations to CRM or other popular platforms that businesses use on a regular basis.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AirOps is solving the problem of content gaps and content productions. In the era of AI, businesses are forced to move faster and create content with less. AirOps can help close the gap on audit, finding opportunities, providing high level AI visibility tracking, and produce content with automation.

 ### 8. Time savings + hugely collaborative team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bridget N. | AEO/SEO Editorial Strategist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

What's made a big difference is the AirOps team itself. They've been real partners, not just a vendor. Responsive, collaborative, and willing to get in the weeds with us on new use cases. I joke that they read our minds — half the time a feature we've been wishing for just... appears. And when we've actually asked for something specific, it's been ready for us in a matter of weeks. That kind of turnaround is rare.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

Output accuracy is still the thing we watch most closely. We've caught incorrect stats, wrong product details, and facts that just needed a second look before publishing. It means editing time is still real. Also, the brand voice has felt a bit stiff in more recent outputs — more dictionary definition than "talking to a real person." Would love to see sourcing become more transparent so fact-checking is less of a manual lift!

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AirOps is helping us scale our AEO and SEO content strategy without scaling headcount. We use it to run content refreshes, track AI citation wins and drops, build offsite workflows for brand mention building, and generate reporting that would otherwise take the team hours to pull manually. It's become the backbone of how we measure and improve our visibility across AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini.

 ### 9. Top-Tier Cohort Training and Coaching—Plus Fantastic Built-In AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James L. | VP Influence & PR, North America, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

Airops, in my opinion, offers some of the best training and access to education through its cohorts. Having recently completed their content engineering cohort, I can honestly say their team is second to none as well. The coaching and guidance throughout the cohort made a genuinely positive impact on me, and it’s one of the main reasons I was able to find success.

That combination helped me fine-tune my skills, but even more importantly, it improved how I build my workflows and playbooks. This platform really has it all, and when you pair it with the team and the training, you’ll understand what I mean if you join a future cohort. My vote? Airops is the best, and you should strongly consider not only their training, but also using their platform for your AEO/GEO, content engineering, and more.

Oh, and the built-in AI is fantastic—Quill (and the use of CoPilot) is amazing.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

At this time and point, I do not have any negative things to say about AirOps and the experience that I had.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an agency owner, I wanted new ways of providing value to my clients. The biggest component was being able to find ways of ensuring my clients were discoverable by AI search but also being set up to be an authority in their space.

 ### 10. Hands-On Cohort That Transforms Content into Scalable Systems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about AirOps?**

The AirOps Content Engineering Cohort completely changes how you think about content production. Instead of treating content as a series of one-off tasks, the program teaches you to build scalable systems and workflows. The hands-on approach was the biggest differentiator. Every session pushed you to build real workflows solving actual problems, not just watch demos. The curriculum covering AEO, AI Overview optimization, and AI-powered content workflows is directly applicable to what B2B marketing teams need right now.

The enablement team was exceptional. They stayed well past meeting times to answer questions and help anyone who was struggling. They genuinely encouraged and supported every person's individual goals for being in the program. That level of care and commitment to participant success is rare and made a real difference in the learning experience.

The instruction and peer community were both genuinely high quality.

**What do you dislike about AirOps?**

The only drawback is I wish the course was a little longer. There's such a great opportunity to learn more.

**What problems is AirOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a content marketing leader, my main challenge is scaling high-quality content without adding headcount. AirOps helps by building AI workflows that automate research, content structuring, and optimization. These tasks used to demand significant manual effort.

The cohort taught me to stop treating content as individual tasks and start building systems. Now, I produce more targeted content in less time while maintaining quality and consistency. For any content team aiming to do more with less, AirOps removes the bottleneck between strategy and execution.
