Airmeet contains a lot of great features for personalizing your event in addition to offering insightful analytics around registrants, attendees, and engagement. What has stood out the most during my past year of using Airmeet is their outstanding customer service. During our first large event using the platform they ensured I had someone in the backend all 3 days to help resolve any technical difficulties that arouse! In addition, my account manager routinely checks in on our event goals and plans plus is always sure to get me in front of the right people to solve my problem or help improve our event strategy. Our first event after signing on with Airmeet was fairly complex consisting of multiple days and tracks- which the Airmeet platform capabilities were perfect for. One of the best features of Airmeet is the user experience. It is simple. The customer support is amazing. The 24x7 support tables allow a face-to-face conversation that usually ends in a quick resolution. If the support person doesn't know the answer, they follow up in a timely fashion. Such as, banners that can be taken on and off the screen, transition videos, etc. There is also a strange thing that happens with the Hubspot integration.
