Airhorn is a text messaging platform for broadcasting communications to employee rosters using standard SMS technology. The platform eliminates the need for app downloads. Administrators add employee names and phone numbers to the system. Employees receive a confirmation text and opt in with a simple reply. Once confirmed, administrators can broadcast messages to all team members through a centralized dashboard. The platform automates compliance with opt-in confirmations and STOP/HELP commands. Employee phone numbers remain private and are not shared with third parties. Airhorn supports group segmentation for targeted messaging, one-on-one conversations, and message scheduling. The scheduling feature includes options to bypass quiet hours for urgent alerts. The platform streamlines announcements, closures, and alerts while maintaining privacy and compliance standards.
