**What do you like best about AirDroid Business?**

Two years using AirDroid Business, and it's been great. The remote support feature is my favorite, instead of driving to a site, I just pull up the screen and fix the issue from my desk. Pushing app updates to all devices takes minutes, not hours. Monitoring is easy too; I get alerts when a device goes offline, so I can fix it before anyone complains. Setup was simple, support replies fast, and for what we pay.

Pricing bit high as for number devices increases, otherwise its good.

It's a practical tool that saves us time, money, and headaches. For what we pay, it's absolutely worth it.

**What do you like best about AirDroid Business?**

Occasionally an application update creates unexpected issues, and deciding whether to roll back can be difficult. We tried few apps but AirDroid Business gave us a clearer picture of which systems were affected before making that decision. The interface is to the point and makes work faster. Onboarding new devices went fairly easy with options such as QR and USB connection. It performed ok within the price bracket, but premium is costly especially for over 10 devices.

**What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?**

It takes time for app to download, install, and then connect with the app though.

A lot of remote management features are covered and well organized UI, so praise to this app.

Alongside our IT business, we also run an internal academy for junior developers. Because the devices are constantly being reassigned between training batches, preparing them can be a hassle. AirDroid Business has simplified that preparation and has been a real help in this area. The UI is exactly what an admin needs, remote connections perform reliably, onboarding our trainers was quick, and the price feels acceptable.

Onboarding is easy but configuration on each device takes a lot of time.

During software freezes, we're supposed to keep changes to a minimum, but devices don't always cooperate. AirDroid Business helped identify the ones that had strayed from our approved settings, saving us from some nasty surprises. The dashboard is simple to navigate, enrolling devices was quick, and it handled the load during busy release weeks without any issues.

More deteailed history of device usage can be extremetly useful and more apps integration rather than simple ones, will be awsome.

It helped us maintain release discipline and cut down on surprises during production deployments, making the rollout process feel more predictable and controlled.

The platform gives you a good mix of remote management, app deployment, and monitoring tools. What really stood out to us was the onboarding, it cut down on the manual work of setting up devices. For everyday admin stuff, it runs fine, and the dashboard works just fine for daily use. Plus, the pricing is a bit better than most enterprise MDM options out there when you see the number of features Airdroid has.

The integration support is basic and can be improved further, rest all fine.

You get remote device control, easy app deployment, and full visibility into everything. The price is okay, but I have one recommendation: introduce more economical packages for medium-sized businesses. That would help a lot.

We had issues with demo devices not being ready for customer visits and we tried few MDMs. It is when we found AirDroid Business. It fixed that devices stay updated and wiped clean when needed. Remote access is easy, and screen viewing works in real time. Sales folks picked it up with some training because the interface is that straightforward but needs assistance.

Mostly it has the remote control features and integration with Android and Windows but no iOS interface or support.

It is time taking creating and editing templates for device ready the first time using Airdroid. Most pre defined templates have features as based on usage for common businesses, so new pre defined templates will help if added.

We use enrollment templates, kiosk mode, and app distribution together. The initial setup was not difficult but took time, then we used QR enrollment and it saved time. After the devices are placed into groups, pushing apps out and locking everything down works reasonably well. UI is ok, and its reasonably priced.

Performs well for most remote management, only it needs time to understand, we scrolled guides available at dashboard to start working.

Device provisioning and app management worked well with organised deployment of devices currently used by us. The user interface is easy for operations teams to handle, and app store integration has no issues. Performance is decent enough for remote monitoring and routine control.

Proper API or automation hooks needs consideration, can be done with added capability.

From an admin perspective, the visibility is great with ease of setup. All enrolled devices immediately pull down the baseline configurations we set. I’ve locked down the app ecosystem so strictly that users can't install anything unless it’s approved in the managed Google Play panel.

For a first-timer, the layout isn't what I'd call plug-and-play, it’s clearly designed for IT experts.
