"Clear Insights and a Straightforward Interface That Speeds Up Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

Occasionally an application update creates unexpected issues, and deciding whether to roll back can be difficult. We tried few apps but AirDroid Business gave us a clearer picture of which systems were affected before making that decision. The interface is to the point and makes work faster. Onboarding new devices went fairly easy with options such as QR and USB connection. It performed ok within the price bracket, but premium is costly especially for over 10 devices. What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

It takes time for app to download, install, and then connect with the app though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My take on Airdroid Business"
5/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

Our IT department isn’t large enough to have someone manually checking every device, every day. Because of that, we depend on centralized management for routine application updates, Windows maintenance, and remote troubleshooting. Once the core policies are set up, administrators can concentrate on dealing with exceptions rather than spending time repeating the same tasks day after day. What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

I'd like more intelligent automation around recurring problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AirDroid Business Way to Go"
5/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

During software freezes, we're supposed to keep changes to a minimum, but devices don't always cooperate. AirDroid Business helped identify the ones that had strayed from our approved settings, saving us from some nasty surprises. The dashboard is simple to navigate, enrolling devices was quick, and it handled the load during busy release weeks without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

More deteailed history of device usage can be extremetly useful and more apps integration rather than simple ones, will be awsome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reasonable and Practical MDM"
5/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

The platform gives you a good mix of remote management, app deployment, and monitoring tools. What really stood out to us was the onboarding, it cut down on the manual work of setting up devices. For everyday admin stuff, it runs fine, and the dashboard works just fine for daily use. Plus, the pricing is a bit better than most enterprise MDM options out there when you see the number of features Airdroid has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

The integration support is basic and can be improved further, rest all fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AirDroid Business Keeps Out Devices Tip Top"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

We had issues with demo devices not being ready for customer visits and we tried few MDMs. It is when we found AirDroid Business. It fixed that devices stay updated and wiped clean when needed. Remote access is easy, and screen viewing works in real time. Sales folks picked it up with some training because the interface is that straightforward but needs assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

Mostly it has the remote control features and integration with Android and Windows but no iOS interface or support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AirDroid Business Streamlines Secure Remote Device Management Across Locations"
5/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

What I like best about AirDroid Business is its comprehensive remote management capability, which makes device monitoring and troubleshooting more efficient and convenient. The remote control feature allows quick access to devices without the need for physical handling, greatly reducing downtime and operational delays.

Another valuable feature is the ability to remotely install, update, and manage applications, especially for essential apps such as Bookr. The black screen mode also adds an extra layer of security when accessing sensitive information or passwords remotely.

In addition, the platform provides real-time visibility of device health, including battery status, storage usage, and network consumption, helping administrators proactively monitor and maintain devices. Overall, AirDroid Business improves operational efficiency, simplifies device management, and supports secure remote access across multiple locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

One of the main challenges with AirDroid Business is that its performance heavily depends on having a stable internet connection. When the network becomes slow or unstable, remote control sessions may experience delays, lag, or become stuck on a black screen, which can interrupt troubleshooting and device management tasks.

Another concern is the slight latency during remote operations, especially when accessing devices with weaker connectivity. In some cases, reconnecting to the device may take time, which can affect productivity during urgent support activities.

Additionally, while the platform offers many useful features, some settings and controls may require further optimization to make navigation and management more seamless for users handling multiple devices simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The All-in-One Solution for Remote Device Management"
5/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

The remote device management capabilities are by far the highlight. Being able to monitor, access, and troubleshoot our devices from anywhere has drastically reduced the need for on-site IT intervention. The connection is stable and responsive, and the dashboard makes managing multiple devices straightforward. It's genuinely changed how our team handles device oversight - what used to take hours can now be done in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

There's a slight learning curve when first setting up and navigating all the features. The platform is packed with functionality, so it takes some time to get fully comfortable with everything it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turning Device Chaos into a Checkbox"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

Part of my role involves testing recovery procedures for customer environments. We used AirDroid Business to monitor devices participating in those exercises and verify they remained accessible throughout testing. The interface was easy enough for both infrastructure and support teams to use, and performance remained consistent even during longer testing windows. The cost was reasonable compared to the time saved coordinating devices manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

There was nothing to dislike and it works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid for Android and Windows"
4/5
What do you like best about AirDroid Business?

UI feels okay, nothing fancy but it works. For integrations, Android and Windows are covered well, but iOS is completely left out. Performance tracking gives us the basic device stats we need. Pricing is set at a fair level for a business tool. Support and onboarding went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AirDroid Business?

If it also supports Apple devices, it will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
