What do you dislike about Airbyte?

The data-based pricing model of Airbyte Cloud can feel limiting and not as predictable, especially as data volumes grow. I would prefer a more transparent, resource-based pricing approach that aligns better with infrastructure usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Airbyte?

Airbyte offers the great benefits of an open source community and standards while providing great value with their cloud based offerings. Being able to self host an instance is the best thing about Airbyte and has made it the go-to choice compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airbyte?

The cloud based offerings can become expensive as you scale, but this can be mitigated with self hosting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Airbyte?

It is very customizable, other ETL tools (no-code low-code) does not offer such flexibility - eg. building own connectors. Pricing model is also very fair in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Airbyte?

Like any EL tool, Airbyte allows you to spend less time building EL pipelines and more time focusing on what you actually need to get done. It was super easy to set up, and basically runs itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airbyte?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the data we're using with Airbyte Cloud, the monthly costs have ended up being much more than we expected. We'll either have to switch to the on-prem version or to an EL tool that charges per modified row. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Airbyte?

The best thing about airbyte is easy transferring of data. There are lots of sources and destinations where we can transfer the data between the different types of databases. And we can perform transformations through dbt for data visualization and analytics. And one more thing we can create our own connectors to transfer data between the databases. What do you dislike about Airbyte?

Sometimes for some sources like Google sheets it fails to fetch the data.At that time we don't know the exact issue but in our case it is failed to fetch data sometimes. And for some connectors, we have to align with devips team to allow airbyte ips to access our databases, sometimes we feel insecure and also the integration issues are unknown without having deep knowledge about how to allow these airbyte ips to our in house databases. These are some challanges with airbyte Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
