What do you dislike about Airbyte? - Too many errors in data synchronization: In recent months, I had to create about 5 Airbyte tickets because I had very problematic issues with the data extracted by Airbyte. I have 8 different clients that I switched to Airbyte Cloud over the past year, and I am very mixed because I have lost credibility with them. To illustrate, I regularly had data not being retrieved on Pinterest and TikTok connections, without any error message or anything. I had to do a full refresh for it to finally come through. - The updates made on the connectors often have issues: for example, a month ago there was an update on the Airtable connector. Open-source and extensible -- if a connector for a data source doesn't exist, you can easily build your own with the low-code connector builder. Setting up the open-source version can be a little tricky, but worth the time investment. For some connectors (ex. Facebook/Meta Ads), paid cloud version is the only way to go, as API access for individual users are extremely limited while Airbyte Cloud allows easy setup via OAuth.
