aiRA is Capillary Technologies' natural-language analytics and marketing-action agent for enterprise marketing and data teams. It connects directly to a brand's existing customer, transactional, and loyalty data sources (data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or cloud storage like S3) without requiring data migration, and answers plain-language business questions by generating and running the underlying queries, then synthesizing the results into an insight, an explanation of the likely cause, and a recommended next action. It uses a configurable "context layer" that stores a brand's own business definitions and terminology (for example, what counts as a lapsed customer or a given loyalty tier), so answers are grounded in that brand's specific data model rather than generic analysis. aiRA ships with dozens of prebuilt "playbooks" which are saved analysis-and-campaign templates for scenarios like seasonal campaign orchestration, SKU/category performance, or churn analysis. Beyond analysis, aiRA can move from an insight to a proposed action such as building a customer audience, creating an offer, or configuring and launching a multi-channel journey. Each action is held for human approval before it goes live, rather than stopping at a chart or report. It is used today by enterprise brands including NASCAR, Hertz, Rack Room Shoes, Fleet Farm, and #1 Cochran.
