## About Air
Air is an agent for creative tasks that supports digital asset management (DAM), creative operations, and creative production, helping creative and marketing teams understand, organize, and scale content, images and video alike, across every channel. It's built for two connected users inside the same organization: creative teams who produce and approve assets, and marketing teams who adapt and distribute that work everywhere it needs to go. Air combines a creative asset library, version and approval tracking, and an AI layer that understands what's in each file. It reads image content, video transcripts, and metadata to auto-tag and enrich assets as they're uploaded, so search works by what's actually in a file, not just its name or folder. That same layer scales approved work, resizing, reformatting, and generating variants for new use cases without recreating files from scratch. Every asset, version, and approval decision lives in one system, so new work draws on what's already approved, current, and intended. Common use cases include campaign asset management and distribution, product photography and imagery libraries, video review and finishing (transcription, captioning, time-range comments, and clipping), creative review and approval workflows, and adapting existing assets for channels like paid social, email, and retail. Key capabilities: Content understanding and search — assets are automatically tagged and enriched using AI, including video transcripts and visual content, so files can be located by what's in them rather than where they're stored. Version and approval tracking — every revision, feedback round, and sign-off is recorded, giving teams one record of what's current and approved. Asset adaptation and scaling — approved assets can be resized, reformatted, or adapted into new variants for different channels and formats. Video review and production — time-range comments, AI-generated transcripts and captions, and clip extraction support reviewing and finishing video alongside images. Cross-team context and integrations — creative and marketing teams work from the same asset library, approval history, and decision record, with native integrations like Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Shopify, Sanity, and more keeping files in sync with existing workflows. Founded in 2017, Air is used by 3,000 teams including Warby Parker, Ramp, and Sweetgreen, across industries such as ecommerce, consumer goods, sports, media, and agencies. Organizations typically adopt Air to consolidate cloud storage, video review and approval tools, and AI creative production into one system for managing creative assets from creation through distribution.

## Air Reviews
 ### 1. Great Organization abilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanley F. | Head Media Content Producer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air is very easy to use, and has some amazing organization features such as tagging. this makes it really easy to categorize footage or content youre looking for based off the tag or tags it has.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Im not sure if this is internet speed related since I have tested it on multiple different internet speed ranging up to 10 gigabyte wires connection, but the upload speed of air is quite slow. especially when moving long or multiple files it can take quite some time, the fastest upload speed ive been able to get from air was around 15mb/s which imo is still very low

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air makes it easier to work with the team i collaborate with in other parts of the world. We have some time differences as much as 16 hours, and it makes it easy having a single platform to collaborate as opposed to sending links to emails.

 ### 2. Way better than Dropbox and other sharing platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgia R. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love that air makes it so easy to share, download, and organize hundreds of files every day. It was easy to implement into my teams workflow and I love that it has slack integrations. I like that I can add detailed descriptions to each board to let team members know what to expect from the files on the board. Being able to add tags to the boards is also helpful to let everyone know the status of each board. Air makes sharing outside of our organization easy and safe with password protected links. I also love being able to use air to collect files from individuals outside of our team. We use air every single day and it has really changed the way we do things.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Theres really not much to dislike about air. The interface is clean and organized and easy to use. It has different view modes that make it legible for multiple different preferences. Yeah, theres really nothing I have beef with. Its an overall great site.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team needs to be able to share hundreds of large files quickly and using air is as close as it gets to handing someone your hard drive.. except they cant drop air. It makes have a remote team really really seamless.

 ### 3. Air Made Our Content Workflow Seamless and Sharable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaby G. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

As a destination wedding and romance travel company, we work with tons of high-quality visual assets. What we love most about Air is its beautiful, intuitive interface—perfectly suited for creative teams like ours.

The tagging, version control, and shareable collections make it easy to collaborate with interns, clients, and vendors while keeping everything polished and on-brand. It’s not just about storage; it’s about streamlining workflows and elevating how we deliver content.

Upside? Our content now feels as elevated as the experiences we create for our couples.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

While our overall experience with Air has been extremely positive, there are a few areas where the platform could improve. We’d love to see deeper integrations with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Airtable, which would help bridge the gap between asset storage and task coordination. Occasionally, load times can lag when working with larger file libraries, and we’ve found the mobile experience a bit limited compared to desktop. These aren’t deal-breakers, but enhancing cross-platform functionality and workflow integrations would make Air even more powerful for fast-paced creative teams like ours.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air has solved one of our biggest challenges: organizing and accessing a high volume of visual content across multiple teams, clients, and events. As a destination wedding and travel planning company, we manage thousands of assets from styled shoots and venue galleries to client files and social media content. Air helps us centralize everything in one beautifully organized space.

It has eliminated endless Dropbox links, confusing folder hierarchies, and slow approval processes. Now we can quickly share curated collections with clients, onboard interns seamlessly, and give vendors direct access to content, all while staying visually consistent and on-brand. It is saving us time, reducing miscommunication, and elevating how we present our work.

 ### 4. G2 is Better than previous, excited for more features to be released!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy K. | Associate Art Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

The most helpful things about Air is the ability to organize our company assests based on use and purpose. We have boards for all different media types and it helps everyone organize their assests from anywhere.

We use Air every single day and their team has been very helpful with any customized experience requests we have for our team to use the platform more efficently.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I would like to be able to see the preview thumbnail for RAW photos. We store a large amount of our original photos in air and not being able to preview the image is a bit of a bummer. I hope Air launches that feature in an update soon.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air is helping us solve an big issue i our company and that is organized access to cloud store. We now have a place that everyone can go to see everything instead of sharing individual files or Lightroom libraries all the time.

 ### 5. Air is revolutioning the audiovisual workflow for me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe B. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The best of both worlds.
It has file-sharing capabilities like Google Drive, LOOM, Dropbox, and others, but it also includes sections for creators, strategists, and editors/designers to give and receive feedback, comments, and edits—using the same tools that Frame.io offers.
10/10. I highly recommend you give it a try.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Meanwhile no down sides. The plataform run smoothly and all the tools that we use work just perfectly.
They even have the dark theme that is my constant dislike about other plataforms that I use for others porpuses.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air has made our creative workflow so much easier.
Before, we were juggling between different tools—one for sharing files, another for feedback, and others just to stay organized. It got messy and slowed us down.

With Air, everything’s in one place. We can store, share, comment, and keep track of versions without jumping between platforms. It’s helped our team stay on the same page, work faster, and spend more time creating instead of managing files.

 ### 6. Visually dynamic file organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like the fact that Air has thumbnails that allow you to see all your files easily, much better than Dropbox. I also like how you can migrate directly from Google Drive or Dropbox. I've reached out to customer service in the past and they have been helpful with integrating asset tagging into my system of organization. I use it daily for file retrieval and it's been pretty easy to integrate into our existing systems.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I don't like how it doesn't autopopulate with custom fields/tags when you drop a file into a subboard. Sometimes it becomes really tedious to see what's tagged and not. It's been hard to implement everything with how tedious it can get.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Easy visual way to see photo and video assets
- Makes it easier to retrieve photos and videos
- Quick share links

 ### 7. Best Team Content Cloud!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alec T. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The visual boards are extremely helpful when locating visual content and the sub-board and board structure is more appealing than traditional folders. It is very effective and easy to share content with a team AND outside users! It's also very easy to navigate as a user -- everything is cleanly labeled and accessible.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish there was an Air mobile application on the apple app store because I don't like that I have to airdrop mobile photos to my computer to upload them to Air. Additionally, sometimes the upload and download speeds are long, but that is less about Air and more about my computer and service.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air is solving the past history of navigating clustered cloud drives for sharing digital media in my large digital marketing team. Air benefits my by giving me a visually appealing cloud that is easily shared and viewed by my co-workers.

 ### 8. Great Product for the Price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

For the price point, I think it's a really good DAM platform, it was easy for our team to implement (we were using SharePoint previously). The customer service has been great when I had a question or needed help.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Sometimes I have to check to make sure all the files have been recently synced and force resync them to keep Air up to date on my computer.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use SharePoint which was clunky and annoying, switching to Air has helped organize our files as we've built out libraries for all of our assets.

 ### 9. Getting rid of several third party solutions with Air

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jelena K. | marketing coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

file sharing and storing. Security and ease of use. we use it frequently as if it was our desktop folder and it's easy comfortable across different countries and several stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Sometimes search is not so intuitive, not so easy to find which is the exact folder where one specific item I'm looking at, is located.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secutity issues and file sharing when prior solutions like wetransfer and dropbox were used with all the consequent security and copyright issues. This is an actual workspace to help share resources with sales team, get resources from them, share creativity across agencies and approval stakeholders.

 ### 10. Small business friendly DAM (digital assets management) and better way to organize media

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant N. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air provides a user-friendly way to organize media (images, video) using boards (like Pinterest boards), tags, and properties. It includes some smart search like by object and color but it's limited and I'm waiting for develops in this space.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

It doesn't handle duplicates so we have a lot of duplicates floating around with no practical way to resolve them. When collaborating with a team, it's very easy to move assets out of their original boards (e.g. album from a shoot) when trying to copy them, so I don't have 100% confidence that our assets will be where I expect them to be. Smart search is helpful sometimes but there is a lot more it could do and I'm hoping we will be able to train the models using our inputs, such as boards.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us organize our media better than Google Photos

 ### 11. The best storage for creatives.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cael H. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air has an easy UI and keeps everything nice and organized. The tagging system, structure, and ease of more makes Air the perfect place for creatives. Compared to other storages without previews and having to click in Air gives you what you want. We use Air daily across our org and there has never been a complaint.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The stack product could be improved but thats really it.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super easy to preview work and with a team full of creatives there are always notes to be left. The comment section is super useful for leaving feed back, opinions, and more.

 ### 12. Air: Intuitive, Powerful DAM with Room for More Branding Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

It's incredibly user friendly, intuitive, and highly organizational. It's been the best DAM I've ever used, and the smart functionality of searching for an image/video is incredible. The use of tagging images/videos is perfect for a quick search, and I will forever recommend Air.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

IF I had to choose a 'negative', it would be lack of customization for brand. I want to make the background blue, or add different header pics (which is now a thing), etc.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization for internal and external teams; asset management; frees up space in our Google Drive.

 ### 13. User-Friendly Interface Makes Everything Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex d. | Founder and Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The interface and easy usability, along with the Air brand, inspire confidence in our clients.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think everything is good; there is nothing I would add or remove from the current system.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organization of all our assets is handled through Air, which serves as the front end for our customers.

 ### 14. Air has completely streamlined our photo management!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

This platform makes organizing and storing images incredibly easy with intuitive folder systems. A few standout features that have been game-changers for us: I can quickly share folder links with clients for viewing or downloading, my team has easy access to everything they need, and uploading from Google Drive is seamless. I also love how effortlessly I can use my Air library directly within Canva. Overall, my workflow is faster, more efficient, and way more collaborative thanks to Air.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The AI feature is helpful, but it currently feels limited — I’d love to see it evolve with more advanced functionality.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits for us is the ability to easily search and find the exact images we need for each project, saving time and keeping our workflow on track.

 ### 15. Very positive experience, one of the most easy-to-use DAMs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The ease of integration and daily use has been incredible. The auto tagging of visuals and in-image text detection makes searching through assets extremely easy and rendered implementing air into our daily use an easy task. Compared to other DAMs, Air has had great customer service and overall a great quality of daily life tools.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think the biggest issue with Air is the time required for certain auto-updates to happen, some connected tools such as Meta implementation sometimes take 24hrs to update which sometimes can sort of bog things down, but generally speaking it's a pretty minor issue that I've noticed has improved through the days relatively quickly.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing hundreds of assets, image formats, visual versions etc. Without Air, it'd either be a horrible nightmare organizing everything or simply impossible.

 ### 16. Air is great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah K. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The best feature that I like about Air is the content collection.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Sometimes when I upload photos on Air, it doesn't upload the first time I click it.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air is a seamless way for me to transfer photos to my client where they can view all of the photos before downloading.

 ### 17. Air is great for content creators, social media managers, and marketing teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

Easy to organize and it's nice to leave notes about re-touching. Awesome to have the option to add note and comments

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish creating subboards was more intuitive

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

organzing client content and sending for review

 ### 18. Honest Take on Air

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Okay, so before we started using this, our digital files were a total disaster. We had stuff scattered everywhere—Dropbox, Google Drive, and half a dozen shared folders, so it was sooo hard to find a specific photo/video that you were searching for. Before Air, we took hours just searching for things, which is very ineffective, so the thing I like about air is - it's effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Maybe the features, would be cool to see Air with all it's current functions + Asana or Trello like features for whole projects working perfectly (inside of Air, so that Air would be a replacement for these).

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving a disorganized and scattered file problem, the time wasted searching for files on 3-4 different file storage products like Google drive and so on.

 ### 19. A Creative's Dream—Major Upgrade from Google Docs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison T. | Content Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Huge upgrade from Google Drive. Clearly built by creatives for creatives. Makes our creative collaboration and centralization a lot smoother.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Nothing super obvious comes to mind. I genuinely like all of the features they offer.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives our teams a central hub to share and store content.

 ### 20. Exactly what we were looking for!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna A. | Creative Marketing Manager | Creative Direction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air is great for creatives. Sharing internally and externally is extremely easy. Probably my favorite feature is being able to hover over a video file and it shows you a sample clip. Also great to be able to view image and video files like a Pinterest board -- makes searching very easy. Would highly recommend for anyone who is a content creator.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

We currently have no complaints. This program has truly streamlined our workflow as a creative team, and made sharing with external clients / partners very easy!

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air has helped us mostly with the issue of storage and asset sharing. Working on a creative team, we were looking for ways to quickly share content with each other and externally. Air has solved this problem for us, and saved us a lot of time!

 ### 21. The tool our whole workflow centers around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger H. | Creative Editor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love the way i can give feedback on my coworkers cuts. Absolutely loved the new transcript feature, it's made our lives a thousand times easier.
Version control updates have been amazing in the last months.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

There seems to be a glitch with vertical video when you hover to skim through, it shows a broken mess, I hope it get's addressed soon.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to give rounds of feedback to editors and distribute content to our clients. It helps a lot with keeping the workflow organized and compact.

 ### 22. Seemless experience for creative operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parker D. | Production Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The constant innovation and ease of use to anyone to be able to use. I can share boards with clients or coworkers and they will have a good understanding of how Air works in moments.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Not many if any! Maybe some minor bugs or outages here and there but nothing major we have run into in the 3 years we have used it.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wasted so much time collecting, organizing, and finding creative assets and final designs. Now, we spend that time researching and creating new ideas!

 ### 23. Great comments and versioning, but moving boards can delete comments and cause crashes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

Leaving comments, versioning, organizition

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Comments deleted when moving boards, app crashes when sync doesn't match, share links aren't copied immediately to my clipboard

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback from my team members

 ### 24. Great way to organize your digital assets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivian K. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love that it's so easy to navigate and use while allowing for customization for our organization. I think it's well set up and has made such a huge impact on ease for us to collaborate well within our organization, with other creatives and with outside vendors and partners. It was easy for our organization to implement and get on board. Integration as been straightforward.

Gone is the nightmare of the one hard drive no one can access.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

We have not had a downside yet. I think this is a great tool. Much better than cobbling other things together.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air is allowing us to get our assets well organized for out internal use.
It is allowing for much easier collaboration with outside patterns and creatives to send and receive assets.

 ### 25. Improved Search, But Viewing Large Images Is Cumbersome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew R. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The search has been improved and is easier to find the assets.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Hard to see large images on the screen without the use of the scroll bars.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping me up to date on the latest FASTSIGNS assets to beautify the workspace.

 ### 26. Quick, intuitive and enjoyable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

The user interface is friendly and elegant, the creation of folders (named boards) is very straight forward and seamless, I also really enjoy getting updates once files from specific folders are downloaded as I can track when vendors are processing orders I'm placing or my colleagues have actually interacted with documents they request.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I feel the integration of the Air App could give a more detailed tutorial to guide you through how to effectively use it and resolve naming issues when files are repeated, as a Designer having files with the same name is normal as different departments might need the same file with different specifications.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily organize and access files across multiple teams in different locations.

 ### 27. AIR's intuitive design and collaboration features have significantly improved our team's efficiency.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin d. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I've been using AIR for our digital asset management, and I'm thoroughly impressed. What truly sets AIR apart is its intuitive design. Navigating the system is a breeze, which has significantly improved our team's efficiency.

AIR makes it incredibly easy for team members to work together on projects, provide feedback, and manage versions. It has streamlined our workflow and enhanced our overall productivity.

In summary, AIR is a fantastic DAM system that combines ease of use with powerful AI tools. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a robust and user-friendly solution.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I've got nothing bad to say yet. Been using for about a year.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to search and find assets that previously were buried in layers of folders, now we can find assets with ease.

 ### 28. Air has so many tools you’ll never see in any other platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Betto G. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air completely changed the way we organize our files. The layout makes browsing assets intuitive. I love how easy it is to leave feedback directly on images and videos, and how you can stack different versions of a file. It is very useful when you work with multiple sizes for social media posts. The ability to search by tags, not just filenames, is a huge time-saver. It feels like it was designed for creative teams by people who actually understand how creatives work.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air solves the chaos of scattered files, endless email threads, and unclear feedback. It’s especially helpful when working with external partners, since we can control access and keep everyone aligned without extra tools.

 ### 29. Convenient Mac Access, But Annoying Notifications and Limited Web Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I do like that I am able to access it from Finder on my Mac and can download files to use in projects from my computer.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I don't like that I receive notifications from the desktop app every time I want to delete a file. I also don't like how the web app doesn't allow me to make a range on the timeline when applying a comment. I also don't like how the share links work, it feels not fully fleshed out. And the sub-board thing feels like an attempt to try and be different from folders but in the end it is just folders.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset management and reviewing video content across teams.

 ### 30. Visual Boards Make Organization Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madi B. | Digital Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like the visual boards that make things easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish the search feature pulled up more. It can be hard to find certain pictures without exact titles

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing large files with colleagues

 ### 31. 5 star platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brooke R. | eCommerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Everything is in one place, super visual, easy to search. I love how you can easily sort and tag things to make it easier to search and sort.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish we had more seats to offer team mates for the price.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything’s centralized, easy to search, and super visual. I can find the exact photo or video I need in seconds, drop it into a board, and share it with the team without needing a separate doc or Slack thread.

 ### 32. Great platform to share photo resources

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andra S. | Owner / Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Very easy to use, group data, and user-friendly

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Didn't have any issues with Air yet, all feedback is currently positive

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Air to share photos with Wolf&Badger, and sort multiple resources with the platform.

 ### 33. Game-changer for Collaborating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda K. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air is a game-changer for collaborating with external teams. The private sharing feature words great and makes it feel really secure. Perfect for working on projects without the clutter.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I think the UX could be smoother. It’s a solid platform, but a little visual update could take it to the next level.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Air to share our brand kits with vendors. It’s super easy to keep everything in one spot and make sure everyone’s using the right files.

 ### 34. Air makes it easy to share and access photos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

It's an easy way for my entire team to upload and access our photos. It's easy to organize using different boards so everything is neat and found quickly. We use it all the time for tons of different projects including location photos, stock photos, doctor headshots etc. You can even create links to share outside of your organization making it easy to integrate with other teams at my company.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Sometimes it takes a while to load all of the photos.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us have all of our digital assets in one place while still being organized. Being able to use folders and boards makes it easy and quick for our team to access any digital files they need.

 ### 35. Air is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Associate Producer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Air?**

I appreciate how simple it is to find my way around the site.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I don't have anything I dislike about Air.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great way to view every asset that comes in through our company.

 ### 36. Fast and Reliable, But Tagging and Search Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna S. | Creative Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

upload/download speeds are fast, no crashing so far

**What do you dislike about Air?**

tagging system takes a long time. search function not as good as dropbox

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

File organization for multiple departments, easy access for teams to grab what they need

 ### 37. Great Storage and Features, But Video Controls and Comments Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dara Q. | Head of Post Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

- storage capacity
- stacking
- search and edit features
- content collection

It's an easy to use piece of tech, could use some features but those it has work well. The content collection tool is great, use it a lot!

**What do you dislike about Air?**

- cannot press space to pause video playback
- comments disappear if you drag into new sub-board
- allowing comments when sharing a link isn't the default

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing videos with clients

 ### 38. A great Way to Manage Large Photo Libraries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendan M. | Development and Communication Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

It is very simple to learn the tools on the website. So easy to organize your photos in multiple places and make them easy to find and share with people in your organization and outside. Storage space is perfect for a team that is creating a lot of photo graphs every month.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

It would be nice if you could tag photos quicker with pre-existing tags instead of having to open the photos each time. I love the label system but I wish it were faster to tag a bunch of photos with the same tags.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing large amounts of photos in a way that multiple team members can access and use them at once. Also sharing photos outside of our team

 ### 39. Powerful Tool for Video Marketing Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac S. | Contract Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

I use Air frequently with one of my largest clients and find the app to be very competitive with peers like Google Drive and Dropbox. It has integrated very easily into my work flow with a highly intuitive and responsive design.

One of my favorite features is the fact that AIR automatically generates proxies that are easily downloadable. This can be a massive time saver when dealing with high quality production hand offs.

Commenting and sharing also works very well.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

The scrubbing especially on thumbnails can be a bit buggy sometimes. This feature working consistently would be a game changer for quickly identifying what I need before downloading.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing and collaborating around projects

 ### 40. My Must-Have File Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Motion Pictures and Film | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

In short, almost everything. I have to have a platform like this for multiple parts of my profession: hosting large amounts of video files, creating image boards, implementing a file-based workflow between myself and my team - and AIR has excelled at everything I've thrown at it. My only regret is not moving all my data over to Air sooner.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

There's occasional lag with the syncing process, especially when using multi-GB files (something I do often with my video files) - it's a hassle, but to be fair it's fairly par for the course with platforms like this.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My work as a creative director requires me to quickly share my own work portfolio with external vendors (and track who's viewed and downloaded it) multiple times per week. I previously used Google Drive for this function, but the display was clunkier/uglier, the sharing permissions were harder to navigate, and I couldn't see who'd viewed links I sent them. Air solved all these problems for me.

 ### 41. Air for Media Storage at a Nonprofit

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

We started using Air to manage all our photos and videos, and it’s made a huge difference. As a nonprofit, we’re constantly juggling content from events, campaigns, and partner materials—and Air has helped us keep everything organized and easy to find.

The interface is super visual and intuitive, which makes searching for assets way easier than digging through traditional folders. We love being able to tag content by event or theme, leave comments, and share boards with teammates or external partners without having to download and re-upload files.

It’s definitely saved us time and helped our small team stay efficient and collaborative. Highly recommend for any nonprofit dealing with a lot of media and not a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

One thing that’s not always perfect is the AI tagging. It does a decent job most of the time, but every now and then it totally misses the mark.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air helps us keep all our photos and videos organized, easy to find, and shareable—saving our team time and streamlining collaboration.

 ### 42. Must have for marketing agency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

We love how streamlined and intuitive AIR is. It’s become an essential tool for our internal workflows and client-facing projects—keeping assets organized, feedback clear, and collaboration seamless. Highly recommend for any creative or marketing team looking to scale efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Some AI capabilities are add-ons to enterprise accounts.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air solves our biggest pain points around creative asset management—no more digging through cluttered drives or endless email chains for the right file. It centralizes everything in one visual, easy-to-navigate space, which has saved our team tons of time and made client collaboration smoother and faster. The ability to leave feedback directly on assets and track versions has been a game changer for creative approvals.

 ### 43. Great for organising- using for Multiple Franchises

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Air?**

I love the way Air was easy to implement with our staff; it is easy to upload and easy for others to download while keeping assets secure and safe with password-protected links.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

It would be great if we had more seats where others could joing the platform but with restricted access. We use password-protected links, all housed on one site. If we could house those links in Air somewhere and share a link to that, it would be great. However, it doesn't require a seat, so that would be ideal.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing all of our assets!

Keeping all of our partner logos in one place, which was peviously an excel sheet.

**Official Response from Lauren Ford:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback about Air's interface and customer service. Let's get connected to chat about upgrading to our latest Pro pricing so you can easily eliminate the pricing barrier. Flat rate, unlimited users! ### 44. I like air but....

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa E. | UGC coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

one stop shot for uploading content and being able to share content easily

**What do you dislike about Air?**

people uploading content with the link i created cannot see the folders, they have a very limited view which creates more work for me. I also do not get notified even though I am subscribed to boards, it should be automatic

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

having a place to store content that is organized and easy to access for everyone on my team

 ### 45. Great Pricing and Effortless Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Air?**

I like the pricing and the ease of use. The smart AI tagging helps with organization.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish that AIR had a better version of search, and having assets easily available in other sub boards.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me stay organized and keeping all assets available and ready for team use.

 ### 46. After months of searching and trialing, Air was the flexible solution we needed!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air's automatic tagging options and custom tagging options were perfect for organizing and tracking our content, which featured lots of technical details that we needed to be able to search through. It's perfect for teams that have lots of outside collaborators, and we even use it for facilitating our UGC collection. Our visual assets went from a confusing and siloed folder system to a dynamic and easily searchable database, and now no content is lost or forgotten. Our marketing has improved thanks for Air.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I wish the search was a bit more intelligent.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to organize our brand assets in an effective and searchable/shareable way within Google Drive. We tried PhotoShelter and it was too bulky and overbuilt for our needs a a small manufactured goods business - not to mention pricey.

Air was a lifesaver, we can now easily share certain assets and folders and easily understand what is internal and external, and the AI tagging of photo subjects combined with our team's default data fields have made our hoards of photo/video easily searchable for creating new social ads, emails, reference materials, etc.

 ### 47. Quick and Intuitive for Sharing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

My team and I enjoy how simple it is to create groups of photos and other assets to share with clients and vendors outside of our organization.
Different settings allow us to customize the sharing terms for each individual link we need to create.
Using Air has helped our team stay more organized and allows us to work faster than sharing files using alternate methods.

It was very simple for our team to implement and integrate this tool in our daily workflow. Air's intuitive platform allowed us to begin to frequently use the tool with very little training.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

My team still struggles to standardize the view of each board. We have to frequently go in and update and the our preferred view. It would be nice to have feature that lets us select our preferred view rather than having to create a board and then edit it every time.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my organization, we used to have to juggle different file sharing systems like OneDrive, Dropbox, and WeTransfer to share files and assets with our clients and vendors.
Air has helped streamline this process by allowing us to just use one tool to manage all of out different needs.

 ### 48. Excellent product for organising and sharing creative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelique K. | Operations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air is an incredible tool if you work in the creative industry or with creative assets . It is simple and easy to use and navigate.
It allows you to work and collaborate really well with external content providers and seamless organise and folder the content. It is really powerful in terms of ensuring feedback is given and actioned on creative assets.
Implementation is really simple and it's quite easy to train staff on how to use it and to set up the structure that works best for you.
I also like the features that it has for search capabilities and the tagging abilities.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

Probably the overall size limit as you can hit this pretty quickly if you don't delete older content or archive regularly.
I also don't like that the share folder for external creators only allows assets to upload into one space and not upload into folders.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air allowed us to move from a system of having to upload and download assets to being able to store them in one place and stack them - so as new assets came in we did not have to replace or delete assets but could stack them onto each other and it showed the progression of the creative. It also allows us to easily get feedback and see if feedback has been implemented on the different stacked versions.
Overall it's a great system for digital asset collection, review and feedback within teams.

 ### 49. I like using Air in my jobs work flow!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel J. | Video Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

What is most helpful about Air is the assistance that is available for you when there is an issue at hand which doesn't happen to often.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

I can not think of anything right now under than the time I had an issue with an author's deliverables and for some reason they thought they submitted their content but I did not see it on my end. It took a bit longer than I wanted for their to be a response but they did get back to me after a few days.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

 ### 50. The perfect tool for our team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Air?**

Air makes it incredibly easy to upload and organize our team’s assets. The ability to generate public links for files simplifies sharing both internally and externally. One of the standout features is the seamless feedback interface—it’s intuitive and quick to use, making it easy for stakeholders to request changes or provide comments directly on the assets. This has significantly streamlined our content review process and helped our team collaborate more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Air?**

So far, the experience has been mostly positive. There could be more advanced permission controls for shared links to better manage access levels, especially for external collaborators. Otherwise, it has fit our workflow very well.

**What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Air has helped us eliminate bottlenecks in our creative workflow. Before using Air, collecting feedback from multiple stakeholders and managing asset versions was time-consuming and fragmented. With Air, we can centralize all our creative files, easily share them using public links, and receive clear, contextual feedback in one place. This has significantly improved our team's productivity and reduced turnaround times on content approvals.
