Their plans are always on sale, and I havent found information if the pricing is only for the first year or not. More transparent pricing and less pushy sales emails would increase the trust in company. I would like to have more customizations for the open graph data, as I have had to written custom PHP to override some of the fields. Weirdly enough the og site name is picked up from the facebook settings, which by default is set to Site name + tagline. I cant imaging many webmasters wanting the tagline in the site name.
